I would like to say I'd been at metro cigar on Brookfield for quite a few years, about 8 months ago or so I stopped in and I haven't got out of here since people are very nice here. Friendly management is very nice time and the rest of the guys that take care to register are great people. I enjoy this place very much.

This is a wonderful establishment that caters to the cigar aficionado and connoisseur. The customer service is excellent. Yet, I’ll go further in saying they will help you find the right cigar for what you like!

This place does not deserve one star!! I was racially profiled in this store. The owner/manager became upset because I was asking questions about cigars, in which I have been to other cigar stores with no problems and knew what I was looking for. He was unprofessional and rude, he was yelling and being very disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here, especially if you are African American.

Visited the store today to ask about handrolling tobacco. The guy behind the counter did not seem to be interested in helping. I used to buy rolling tobacco from this store as far back as in 2005-2006. They used to be customer friendly back then. I drove 40 miles to be greeted with a cold, most unhelpful customer service. I am not sure if the attitude I was subjected to had anything to do with my choice of tobacco (handrolling), maybe they would be different if I were interested in cigars or pipes. I regret my time and effort in revisiting this store...

Stopped in today since it was the only lounge in the area open at 11 A.M Glad I did. They had a pretty good selection of cigars and pipe tobacco. Had a cigar and and a couple beers. Prices are very competitive. Beers were pretty cheap compared to other lounges. Only thing I wish this lounge had is Cocktails and Spirits as they only served beers, coffee and soda. All in all it was a great experience and I definitely will be back.
