Love finding new craft projects to do with nieces and nephews. Have done hundreds of floral arrangements with huge selections of individual or sometimes premade products. Much there to inspire.Always love to see the seasonal items especially when on sale! Find available Coupons to increase value.

I love this place. They ALWAYS have coupons if you look online. They are a crafters dream. The staff was kind and the lady even liked my dog and gave me an extra coupon! They were dog friendly too.

Well stocked, clean, nice cashiers. But staff in the store are rude. One came up as I was choosing an item, and reached in front of me to take ALL of them. When I objected, she raised her phone and said, I'm filling an order. So don't bother going, online has precedence? Another day, a staffer in an almost empty store entered the aisle as we were choosing items, and said "excuse me" to push past to the other end. No one was in the aisles around us, so again, instead of simply choosing an empty aisle to reach the end cap, she had to be sure to inconvenience customers. We won't bother returning; other stores have courteous staff. Maybe Michaels should learn the strategy of sending staff to the stockroom to fill orders! And to not disturb customers for the staff's laziness!

i’m not sure when all the crafts got so pricey!! i ended up buying what i needed on amazon. i think there was variety for a brick and mortar but i just didn’t find what i was looking for. good for when you’re in a pinch and can’t wait for delivery.
