Dropped the car off overnight for work to be done next morning. They found the problem, fixed and was out by 2:00. Great service. Tim and the crew was excellent.

I was treated professionally and my vehicle was completed without me using the full 2 hours first provided. I needed specific assistance from a GMC dealership because the previous shop did not fix the problem.

***Complete garbage dealership**** I purchased a car from them sight unseen as it was a 2023 with low miles and had it shipped out of state on my dime. I was told it was like brand new with zero issues or accidents. Upon arrival the car had a malfunctioning sunroof, misaligned body panels, stained and ripped seats, other misc damaged interior components, and then ultimately it was uncovered by Acura that the car had prior paintwork and even still had runs in the paint! (Acura refused to repair a few things because of this.). Once the paintwork/body work was discovered, Brookfield GMC ignored all of my calls other than helping to fix the seats. They also ignored my BBB complaint! The Wisconsin DOT investigated the dealership and they confirmed that they did in fact lie to me, they took this car in on trade with body damage and fixed it half-ass and resold it to me, however they apparently did not need to disclose it to me. Super shady, and a horrible way to do business. Karma is real and I can't wait for it to come back around to you!

Professional, on time, correctly done, car wash was a bonus!, everyone was friendly, able to use my coupon, Mike is a great person to deal with. Brookfield Buick GMC is a great dealer for buying a car and for service.

Smooth all the way ... I called in and set the appointment date and service required. I received an accurate service confirmation. Days later, I easily on-line modified the service to add a repair. Email reminders were received. On date of service, the drop off was very quick, the driver was ready to take me home. AWESOME. Your team completed the service and the driver returned to my home to get me back to pay and rive away ... with a clean vehicle. THANKS to Colin in Service and Gary the driver.

What the other reviewers who have had negative experiences with this dealer said, IS TRUE! Most Waukesha county dealers, if not all, this one being the PRIME example, segregate against your credit score! They ran my credit and in 3 mins came back and said, “Hi, my name is Eric, sorry unfortunately we can’t do anything for you”.Saturday, July 15th around 2pm, I called for an explanation (since I didn’t get one) and asked to speak with General Manager (who wasn’t there according to the front desk lady) and then asked to get transferred to finance manager, went straight to Carl’s voicemail, and also Randy’s voicemail, and then called back and asked for sales manager, by that time, the front desk lady seemed to be very upset, and didn’t want to transfer me anymore, so I said I was going to leave a bad review because of how I was treated and was quickly put on hold and then hung up on a second time. They must really like their reviews … well then I really hope the general manager likes this one. BETWEEN Carl & Randy from finance, and Eric in sales and “biz development” according to the website, I should’ve gotten a proper explanation to why they “think” their banks wouldn’t approve me, but of course they wouldn’t do that, because they chose for the banks, they decided my credit score wasn’t enough to score them the right size commission for their pockets! Fortunately, a dealership in Illinois, owned by KUNES, thought I was worth it, and settled for whatever commission they earned off of it, and now I got me a nice Suburban, thank you KUNES :)

My cam shaft and vacuum pump needed to be replaced and I was under the 5 year/60k power train warranty. I called ahead and spoke to a service rep and he said he can’t do anything unless I provide all the receipts of all the oil changes I’ve had done on the vehicle and if I can’t verify it then the warranty is void. Not only was he very rude about it, he treated me as if I didn’t know what was wrong with my vehicle and he wasn’t willing to pull up my VIN or had any interest in helping me. I took my car to a different GMC dealership who accepted the job with no questions and fixed both issues free under the warranty. They said the oil changes didn’t matter with this issue. I’m glad I didn’t take my car here ultimately.

This is a review of the service department. Tim and his team of technicians dug deep (literally) to find the source of an ongoing issue with the pedal position sensor on my Cascada. I'm thankful that they didn't give up until they pinpointed the source, and fixed it. Great communication from Tim along the way. Helpful. Respectful. Great customer service.

I recently bought a vehicle here, as I am from another state I needed it shipped. We spoke about the shipping cost and out the door pricing. I recieved the documents via FedEx and went to my bank had the check cut and sent it back. The dealer called me to tell me they could not ship it without an extra 850 dollars. This was to be included in the sale of the vehicle like we agreed. He admitted that it was a mistake on their end and he didn't understand why his finance manager forgot to include it. Because of this mistake I had to take out a seperate loan to cover the cost which I had not planned for. They offered no discou t and refused to take responsibility for their mistake but openly admitted they were at fault. They're apology was less then convincing. If there was an option for no stars i would give a zero.

This review is of the service department, I did not buy a vehicle here. Service team was very helpful diagnosing and addressing an issue with my truck. Communication was good, and they took good care of my vehicle while they had it. They have a shuttle available which was really convenient when I didn’t have a ride back when dropping off. I worked with Colin as my service advisor and he treated me very well, will seek him out in the future when I take my vehicle here. Also, Technician did a ride along with me initially and was very attentive when listening to my concerns. This group has my recommendation.

Poor, dishonest service department with an inability to truthfully admit fault.I received an oil change and wiper blade change and all went well, except for the smoky burnt smell in my car after service that i didn't pay attention to, but should have. Within 30 minutes of driving away from the dealership, my car dashboard read "Engine Oil low, change soon". Five minutes after that the engine light came on. I immediately called and was directed to the service department and no one answered the phone. I called back 12 minutes later, and after holding for 7 minutes someone finally answered the phone. After telling them about the light they encouraged me to bring the car back, stating " that's strange, I don't know why that would be". After 45 minutes of them looking at my car Kevin came and told me the service engine dash light came on because "we put 1/2 liter less oil than we should have, that's our fault". If the oil was just changed, and 5.5 out of the 6 liters of oil were put in my car, with everything else being done correctly, there is NO WAY the service engine light would come on that quickly. I also informed him of a loose knocking sound in the rear of the car that was not there before service. He simply stared at me with a blank look and said "no, we didn't lift the car and look at it", even though I mentioned it twice when handing over my keys for the second time. This is the second time in 2 years that something like this has happened to my car on the same day of service. Never again. Extremely dishonest and can not admit when they've done something wrong, and quick to come up with b.s. excuses that make no sense. They're extremely nice when you're forking over your hard earned money, but come back with a problem the same day THEY caused it, and see how quickly that changes. Take your car and money elsewhere!

The service department is great! Brought my truck in for a check engine light, Collin and the team had it diagnosed with in minutes with parts ordered and a schedule to get the repair complete. The team was able to extend closing time for a couple minutes as I was running late from work due to bad weather. Not only cares about quality of work but the safety of clients.

All of your service techs are super friendly and easy to work with. My appointments are never delayed and my vehicle is ready when expected. I've never had any issues surprise charges for any type of service.
