I can't say enough good about how Mike represented us in the sale of our home. He is a caring and compassionate realtor and of the highest calibre in integrity. I was so impressed by his willingness to go the second mile in helping in ways no other realtor has demonstrated. He has a 'can do' attitude and is great on follow-through making the rigors in real estate transactions go seamlessly. It's little wonder he is highly appreciated in his field and among his peers. Mike and his team are AWESOME!!! They were always willing to answer any questions we had at any time. He was able to arrange multiple showings on the homes we were selling/buying. Mike was also willing work with us on anything and everything, even with short notice. He was great at listening to my needs and wants. He was thorough and was flexible with the changes that I instituted on where we were looking for homes. The changes were quick and I saw results right away. He really was fantastic on helping me find what I needed for the next chapter in my life. He is professional and down to earth. Honest and funny! Mike must be a great guy to work for? Mike and his team take the client on as if they're family and they're very good at what they do. Empathy is important when it's genuine. Mike came through again. We used Mike during the big real estate crisis in 2008 and he was a Rockstar and helped us get showings and sell our house QUICKLY. We leveraged Mike again for the selling of our home this year and he was great as expected. I was a home seller, and was a bit skeptical that Mike would live up to the accolades bestowed on him. I'm not exaggerating when I say that he was all that, and more. He not only presented my home as being "available" for sale, he "aggressively marketed" it. He knew about my home and neighborhood before he first met with my husband and me. He has "contacts" in the local real estate industry, and actively searched-out other agents, whom he knew had clients that were looking for a home just like mine. He explained the entire process, and was both professional and personable throughout. Bottom line; the first day of showing, we had 6 appointments. Second day, 9 appointments and multiple offers, some of which exceeded our asking price. I could not recommend someone more highly. - - - Thanks Mike. My next move is all yours.
