I would not give any stars -3,000000 percent Milwaukee tools need to make better on their warrantee . I have purchase thousands of dollars in home depot buying Milwaukee power tools and when you take them to the repair centers they always are trying to not fix them and they say that is not cover in their warrantee it's always an excuse not to cover anything . Someone needs to look into this . Take a look at all theirs service centers reviews and see what I'm talking about. If this keeps happening home depot will be the ones that are in lost .Example I purchase a M-12 light that you can mount into the metal so it can stay in place when I work . So when I removed it the magnets that are supposed to stay inside the plastic housing but they come out . They were never glue correctly or made to stay in place . I took it to the repair center in Brookfield ,WI and they are saying that I broke it . How did I broke it ? .The magnets are popping out of the housing . So they tried to sell me a new one and also keep my old one at the same time . If my old one is not good why are you want to keep it. Maybe to sell it after you fixed it ? . No good . If I would of bought this at the supply house I would of gotten a new one with them but since I purchase it at the home depot and it pass the 90 day I'm out of luck. No more of this it needs to be stopped . I don't have a light any more that is a magnet type .I now bought me a Velcro strap and keep it in place and using it. I also took 2 M-12 impact and the same thing trying to sell me new ones . Stay away from this place . Find another repair center.

Staff at Milwaukee Tool utilize a 3rd party to “moderate” their reviews. I stated the facts on my review of my new M12 3/8” impact wrench 2562-20 which was just released this year (2024). Disappointed upon receiving it when I noticed it was made in China. I have the previous generation impact which was made in Mexico and I cannot discern the power between the two. I used the term “nut busting torque” as it’s an industry standard term, and a term used by Milwaukee on their own website. I received an email indicating that my review was not approved.
I contacted Milwaukee, expressed my frustration and concern that Milwaukee censors facts they don’t want to hear and they said they would reinstate my review. Looks like they took it down again.
Bunch of liars at Milwaukee Tool. Never again will I support companies that won’t allow honest and truthful reviews towards their products.

Bought the 3 blade set #49-25-1133 for oscillating tool and used it to rip out a window sill. One of the blades snapped, the other one lost 1/3 of the teeth. I paid premium price expecting a durable product. During the job, I switched to some cheap ones from online cost 1/5th the price and didn't have a problem. I emailed Milwaukee home office customer service and they never replied.

I visited the Brookfield Office and had a very pleasant experience. The counter lady, Karen, could'nt have been more helpful. The best surprise was when, after driving an hour, I walked into the store at 3:59pm, knowing the store closed at 4:00pm. Karen still allowed us service. I am sold on Milwaukee Tools & their Customer Service . Thank you again Karen.

I have called Milwaukee several times trying to find out about the older 18v kits batteries. They discontinued that model and screwed there customers. There are millions of people that feel just like me on Milwaukee forums. I will never buy another tool from this company cause the basically told me screw you

Today was the first time Milwaukee tool failed me by not honoring their warranty. The receipt I had to show did not have a date. Although the gun serial number had it within warranty.
Then I missed the scrap date and said I would buy a new one at the repair price. They did not have one, so I had to come back.
They then jacked the price up to over $70 more than the list price. Waisted my time and acted unscrupulous.
Strike one, I hope this is not a trend.

Your sales person stated he would file for me to receive a free item. I haven't received it and you won't help fix the problem.
