Momentum Movement is a great place. Lisa does such a great job of helping address problems and, once the problems are addressed, keeping the progress moving forward.

My husband and I have worked with Nadin Bailey as a massage therapist and trainer ( Pilates and Yoga) for three years. She is knowledgeable and empathetic and is able to adjust to our needs with each visit. We are so thankful that we found her!
