Had a scheduled appointment after calling for 3pm. Arrived and said it was closed on Sundays. Website says open 9 to 5 and call center scheduled it. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend

So it was a good experience until it wasn’t. I purchased custom valve stem caps for my vehicle. I literally came for 1 tire mount and balance. When I received my vehicle back the new tire was mounted and balanced however the valve cap was missing and just the basic black plastic one was present. I politely asked for it back. The technician came out and was very disrespectful and basically told me that I didn’t know what I was talking about. After minutes of arguing he finally finds my valve stem cap. The situation was totally blown out of proportion. If he just listened to me instead trying to tell me what I had on my car it still would’ve been a good experience. But no the technicians there are very careless and disrespectful. Never going back.

Came in to replace my tire guy at the desk said he didn’t have my tire size and he would order my size for the following day. Came in the next day and he said he didn’t order my tire size. Judging by his attitude it sounded like he didn’t really care and didn’t give me much options.

Went in for a patch, Was told they couldn’t fix it, But didn’t have a replacement tire for me. So left me with no options. They put on the worlds worst patch job, and was told they couldn’t help me. I try to be nice but I would stay as far away as possible.
Oh and the guy was eating in my car and left food on the seat when the brought my van out

I made an appointment on-line. When I arrived, I was told that they had NO technicians on-site and could not do the repair. When I asked why my appointment was confirmed, the answer was that the web-site had NO idea of the status of the repair location. I received barely an apology.

Same experience as half the people here. Scheduled an appointment only to have the doors locked and nobody there. Called the phone service, but they can’t get ahold of store manager either. Will not even try going back.

WARNING! Had an appointment scheduled today (Monday) for 5:30. Arrived at the shop at 5:15 and the store was locked and they had their lights off. Other people were waiting around to pick up and their cars and someone finally came to open the door. When I informed them I was here for my appointment, they said they have been closed all day and they typically close at 5:30. Their availability is listed as open to 7 PM, online, at the store, and on their scheduling web page. Either adjust your availability everywhere, or close your shop for good. If they can’t be truthful about something as simple as hours of operation, who knows what else they will lie about.

Andrew at Monro Auto Service was very helpful in getting our car serviced quickly and worked with our warranty coverage. They did an excellent job replacing our wheel bearing, tire pressure, oil change and headlight replacement. It felt great leaving with no warning lights on our dash and a safe operable car.
