Heard good things about it from my aunt but they close at the wrong time. They stay 8 PM but they close at seven. They turned us around at 6:30. Please do better or find another location mall do not need this

This was my first time here and there was a problem that left me unhappy with the appearance of my finished nails. However, I called them about it and they kindly brought me back in right away and re-did the gel manicure and I am happy with the results. I appreciate their prompt attention to the matter.

I have been going here for my mani/pedis since we moved to the area a little over three years ago.
I LOVE the service and vibe. This is my spot. I always get the appointment I request when calling ahead and although they do walk in appointments I HIGHLY recommend calling ahead as they tend to get busy fairly early.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I am so annoyed by my manicure I could cry. I knew it was something wrong when Sandy put only had my hands in the water for a legit 30 seconds. She did not fully remove the the skin from my cuticles. She used so much nail polish that the gel cured so unevenly. She cut some of my nails too short. They were filed uneven. I made an appointment but another lady came in a little after me and I guess her appointment with Sally was more important than mine. My birthday is tomorrow & I just want to cry. No professional nail tech would ever do nails this way. I am making them remove the polish so the picture shows the nails with an acetone remover on them. Please just save yourself from being upset and do not come to this business.When she heard me complaining, she became argumentitive and aggressive. Why is it so hard to get good service nowadays?

This place gets 0 stars from me. Sandy is terrible. She claims to have been doing nails for 20 years but completely rushed my nails. I mean, my 8 year old daughter could have done my nails better. Any nail tech that does gel polish, knows not to lay the polish on thick. The polish is so thick that it cured lumpy. I made an appointment and then when a white lady came in, she began to rush and not even pay attention to my nails. Brookfield is in a predominantly white area. I am black, its hard not to think you're treated this way in this area because of the color of your skin. My birthday is tomorrow. Sally did not have to do me this way. I am asking that they remove the gel and they used a strong type of gel polish remover that is hurting my nails as we speak and also the reason the color is coming off from the picture.

Nails4U has to be the best nail salon in the Madison area. I’ve been struggling to find a good place in Madison for the last 4 years. I am now never going anywhere else again! The owner is incredibly kind and takes pride in the cleanliness of her salon. They don’t overbook and as soon as you walk in your appointment begins. Not only is it incredibly cleanly, but they also use organic products that aren’t as harsh on your nails. They care about their employees and their clients which provides the best experience. I highly recommend this place!

Update** came back again and Tom was amazing! First time pics were the French manicure. Second time pics were the French ombré. ?
Tom was awesome! Very friendly. I will be a return customer for sure. He did an awesome job. All I have are positive things to say about my experience.

I had appointment with Tommy. I got there on time he started working on my nails. After 20 minutes two Caucasian ladies came in as a walkin. He had me get up to wash my hands. I went to the restroom, washed my hands and set down. I waited about 15 minutes after that. He was over at the other table with one of the lady's who came in as a walkin remind you.
I asked him if he was coming back? He looked at me and shrugged his shoulders like can you wait a minute He came back over with a attitude. Once he was done he said wait 10 minutes. He didn't put me under the drying machine no oil on my hands. It was my first and only!!!!!
I would NOT recommend this Nail shop!
