I ordered a pair of shoes online from Goodmiles Running Company that I couldn't find anywhere else. They were very quick to ship & arrived well packaged & in perfect condition. Unfortunately the shoes were too tight for me so I did have to return them, but they made the whole process very quick & easy! Although the shoes didn't work for my slightly wider feet, I will definitely check here next time when I order again. I would recommend these folks to friends & family in the market for athletic / running shoes!

First time visit to Goodmiles Running Co, went to the Brookfield store. Needed to buy a quality shoe for my many feet issues. Was helped by DANNY, he offered up many selections and was very knowledgeable about styles that would benefit me. Purchased a pair of Hoka Bondi 9s. Will be back when it’s time for my next purchase.

This store offers personal service which is hard to find these days. They take the time to measure your foot and find shoes that are comfortable.

I’ve had seven ankle surgeries, so finding comfortable shoes requires a specialized approach.
From the moment we started, Connor truly listened to my concerns. He was attentive to how the shoes fit and offered thoughtful suggestions—not just throwing out options like anyone else might.
What really stood out, and the reason I’m leaving this review, is how Connor explained why he was recommending certain shoes. He broke it down in a way that made sense. Since I’m already dealing with daily pain, it means a lot when someone is both knowledgeable and genuinely listens.
They even offered a foot scan, which was emailed to me afterward—it highlighted the differences in my feet, which was pretty cool.
I left with a new pair of shoes and, more importantly, felt good about the experience.

I LOVE my New Balance 1080 shoes! Light as air and super comfortable. Team was incredibly patient and helpful as I narrowed down my selection to what fit and felt the best for my feet. Thanks, Team Goodmiles!

Got my first pair of Hoka’s today. I was helped by John. He was extremely knowledgeable and took a lot of time helping me find the right shoe. I highly recommend this store!!!!

I came in with foot pain and a need for new tennis shoes. I'm not an athlete and not a runner. I explained what happened and what I was looking for in a shoe. The gentleman listened, understood and came out with 4 different pairs of shoes in 3 brands. I tried them on and told him what I liked/didn't like and why and we settled on a pair that felt amazing. I could not be happier with my experience and my new shoes, I purchased 2 pair immediately.

Nothing bad to say. The associates were very helpful, having a pair of shoes transferred from another store for me. They can’t be expected to stock every size/color variation at each store, but they had the pair I wanted at the store near me within 24 hours. Very happy and highly recommend.

John has an impressive knowledge of mechanics and the shoes available. I'm not an easy fit/solution and appreciated the time and knowledge shared on many solutions ASIDE from just selling me a new pair of shoes. The only suggestion I have is an in-house treadmill or space to trial run fitted shoes. While I prefer that capability at other facilities, John's knowledge will bring me back. I will be telling my friends.
