The sales person was excellent. But I am disappointed that I could not get Hoka in the size I needed. He set me up in New Balance and they are ok, but they are not Hoka's.

Another great experience at Goodmiles! I love running shoes, and there’s so much to choose from in the current running shoe market. For me, this can be overwhelming because I want to try them all! The staff are fabulous at listening to what I’m looking for and helping me narrow my choices.John provided great insights into several shoes options I was trying during a recent visit. I am so impressed by his knowledge of the shoes and fit process.I’m really enjoying my new kicks and will continue to visit Goodmiles whenever I’m looking for my next pair!

John was very knowledgeable and patient. He took his time and made sure that my shoe and orthotics fit correctly. He made sure I was able to get the right shoe for my injury. He even made sure that I was able to get all of the discounts that I was eligible for. I will go back to this store in the future and I will recommend this to my friends and family as well.

Bought a pair of shoes from Layton store in May and everything was pretty average. This time I decided to try the Brookfield store as it was only about 5-10 min further based on where I was staying. It was a better experience and led to a better deal. John was super helpful & very knowledgeable. If I need shoes in the future when I’m in the area, I’ll take the extra 5-10 min to go to the Brookfield store.

They carry a good stock of shoes with a very decent range between affordable and expensive. Something for everyone. The staff are really friendly and helpful. I will be back!

The man helping me was extremely knowledgeable and was able to tell me exactly what I needed for my foot type and was able to explain to me why my feet and hips hurt, something I had never heard from a doctor or anything. I felt very comfortable taking his word on what shoe would be best for me. And he was right, they feel amazing. The man was also very personal and fun to talk to. They also have a wide selection of shoes I have not been able to find anywhere else.

John L. from the Brookfield store spent an hour helping me try on and choose walking shoes. This company uses a foot scanner that measured my foot size, determined my arch type, and analyzed my gait. After the scanner experience, John asked questions and was very respectful. I cannot believe the difference -- the 'Brooks' shoes are worth the money! I can walk for an hour with no issues. John brought out several brands but Brooks was the best match for me. I appreciate the time he spent with me and would recommend this location for their outstanding expertise and customer service!

Two days ago, my wife and I drove an hour to the Goodmiles store on Layton in Milwaukee. We both bought new Hoka shoes. The young man who helped us was simply wonderful. Very helpful and polite. We were DELIGHTED! Yesterday, we walked 3 miles on the new shoes. My right foot felt a little crampled but I didn't think anything of it until later in the day when I knew that I REALLY needed just to take those shoes off. I had made a mistake and bought a standard width shoe even though my previous 4 pairs of Hokas of that exact model were 2E wide shoes. Today, I called the Layton store and explained that I had bought the wrong size and confessed that I'd already walked 3 miles on hard surface roads in them. The lady I spoke to indicated that it was no problem and I could exchange the shoes for the correct size but that they didn't have that shoe in stock at the Layton store. She checked inventory at the Brookfield store and said they'd be happy to exchange them there. The two young men working at the Brookfield store took excellent care of us and cheerily sent us on our way with shoes that fit me correctly. It's such a pleasure to deal with sales people who are intelligent, polite, attentive and knowledgeable. Thank you so much, Goodmiles Running Company Stores, both of you, for providing us EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Danny and Justin went above and beyond with helping me find the perfect size insole and over all shoe. I tried on three different styles and two different sizes for each style definitely a very very picky and indecisive customer and they were very friendly and cool to talk to. They understand the situation and had patience like I said went above and beyond helping me make the perfect decision for $222 shoe they made sure I was making the best possible choice I felt like they were very honest and experienced highly recommend this location I will be coming back. Psa Was also convenient they had a $10 offer trying there foot scanning machine which was actually very informative knowing exactly what my unique foot structure was like. I Hope their A1 services don’t go unnoticed. And no they did not tell me to write this review!
