They accepted a urine sample without my signature that came back positive for drug use. I have never done drugs in my life and they refused to allow a new sample. I filed a complaint against this company and nothing has been done. Please be aware!

Taylor Ragsdale was one of the most rudest people I have ever encountered! She needs to be terminated immediately. Came in for a drug test and I was racially profiled. She was unprofessional, unethical and down right disrespectful. She has no human decency and an educated woman offends her. I will never come to Noble again and if you want to be treated with respect I would advise you not to go there either. Ragsdale needs to be terminated.

Seriously? I have multiple near bald spots on my scalp now. She took four large clumps of hair with a scissors, nearly an inch wide. I can’t even comb my hair over those spots now. I’ve done the research that was completely unnecessary for a hair follicle test. Thank uou!

Urine sample tampering ,I know I'm clean and test was positive. Low quality control. Would not use this test Facility they do not screen out over the counter drugs that can cause false positive test results either. ?

Nobody at the front counter, finally after 15 mins a guy comes out and gets really rude with me. Didnt even talk to me, once i was done he threw my id at me and left.
