Got my prescription glasses made from them last year august, the lens came loose after 6 months. When took it back to them, I was told there was no warranty and to cover for damages I was suppose to purchase protection plan worth $39 at the time of purchase. Paid $400 out of pocket after insurance for prescription glasses that didn’t even last a year. Do not plan to pay them to repair something that they made and didn’t even last a year. What’s the guarantee that it will last this time ?? I guess I’ll keep using my 10 year old prescription glasses that are still functional.

Thoroughly disappointed with Pearl Visions service. I had multiple sales people give me the response that I would be able to keep my old frames after ordering new ones with the warranty we paid for.When it came down to the end the last girl we spoke with did not even work there any longer and because I did not write down the names of each person I talked to I had no back up.I doubt any of them work there any longer except the women who sold us the original pair of glasses a year ago.And she stated she gave us her normal speech about the warranty at that time, as if I am going to remember something from a year ago.They wanted the old frames back which are discontinued by the manufacturer.And she was extremely rude to my partner and not so pleasant words were exchanged.The following day the store supervisor called and was no more remorseful than the sales associate offering us no compensation. And was told that if is no longer the same owner of the chain of stores which is not my concern.I will never shop at a low end store that carries limited designer frames and is not willing to compromise with the client.Rude as can be, never again.

Today's date is September 15th 2023 I'm posting this because I ordered my glasses back on Labor Day 2023 and they still aren't in I inquired about why they're not in and she told me they came in all scratched up and if I wanted them I said I declined I found out they didn't reorder them until 9/13/23. Whatever you do do not use Pearle Vision Brookfield these glasses are insured through a union and Eye Med the next step is to call my union and eyemed and complain about the service

I suddenly had cloudy vision and millions of black dots in my left eye. I Was not able to get an appointment with an eye Doctor (Ophthalmologist) right away so I went to Pearle Vision to see if I had any major eye issues and saw the Optometrist. She informed me that the "retina was OK", but did see some "floaters" in my eye but no major issues. I was relieved but because my vision so suddenly became bad I felt something had to be wrong. I made a eye Doctor appointment a week later. The Doctor immediately said I had to go to surgery for a major retinal tear and a partial retinal detachment. The Doctor informed me because of this delay in treatment there will be some loss of vision. So obviously I am not very happy with Pearle Vision's Optometrist skills in identifying eye emergencies. To top it off, I of course received my bill for her examination. Respectfully, Gary Post

I am very impressed with the care I received. I had a retina tear that I had no idea about. Doctor Reveles took her time to figure this out for me with very minor symptoms. Once found, she and her staff worked to get me into an appointment that day at St. Luke''s so that I could have the tear fixed right away. Later that evening, Dr. Reveles personally called to check in.

I was told I had to schedule my next check up visit before leaving. Now a year later I am told that they don't honor those scheduled appointments and I have to schedule for a different day.Not very professional.

The Dr. and the staff were very kind, caring and compassionate. The staff explained every test they did before they did it and told me what to expect. 5 stars is not enough.

While my doctor was very nice and explained everything very well, I had concerns with billing that was done incorrectly and unfortunately management refused to help me resolve the issues, as the order for the glasses was already sent. While trying to get in contact with the staff I was hung up on multiple times and when I did get in contact, I was told I would receive a call back multiple times, only once did I actually get a call back. I tried to be polite and I understand that they have other patients to take care of, but I was really made to feel like a nuisance when all I wanted was a conversation about my concerns. If you DO use Pearle Vision I would be cautious and have a list of EXACTLY what you want, otherwise you may be charged for premium services and additions that are not necessary. I want to be understanding and I want to be able to understand the situation from their perspective but when I struggle to get in contact with staff and am shut down when I do get in contact, I don’t really know what else there is to say. I will also warn you that they absolutely do not do refunds, even though I called 20 minutes after my appointment about an add on that I absolutely DID NOT NEED. So, if you aren’t happy you will have to “suck it up and get over it” unfortunately.

People are nice there BUT terrible service, there is barely any selection of frames, not only that I feel like they are overpriced too, on top of that my frames have taken forever to be ordered from the lab. I've been waiting over a month when they said 7-14 business days. I called to ask about my frames multiple times after 2 weeks and it was still delayed. After a month of waiting the receptionist finally said she'd call the lab. On that same day after 3hrs I called back and she still did not call the lab. In the end I wanted a refund, which thankfully I will be getting that. I do not recommend coming here, do not waste your time or money!Update - For 2 weeks I called for updates about my refund, the first week somebody said that they could get me a refund and even told me the amount I would get back and they said that the manager was out of office and my refund could not go through yet. Then the second week I called for any updates, and the manager was still not there. Then the next week I got a phone call saying my frames were finally ready...I called them and the manager picked up saying that they do not do refunds for frames and said "I don't know who you heard this from" acting as if I made this up. She was pretty rude and her employees do not know their policies there.

*Edit below*Had a previous eye exam that went well but the glasses ended up not being the correct prescription. Came in again today and they were quick to fix the issue and ordered new lenses. I'm pleased with the service.**Edit**After receiving the fixed prescription, they're still wrong. I can't see at all out of my left eye. And since I travel for work I'm no longer in the area and won't be able to get them fixed at this location. It's frustrating to need to visit twice and still not be able to see.I will try and get them fixed an another location.

Too much wait time. waited 40 mins in first appointment and 30 mins in follow up appointment. Nurse didn’t know how to operate initial test equipment and focus on eye properly.

Optometrist is wonderful, staff is not. My contact order was never placed (despite my credit card getting an over $600 charge), was told there was no way to get a refund, and have been promised a call back multiple times (without anyone ever calling me back).Unclear if I will ever get my contacts (ordered over a month ago) or a call back from this business. Stay away.
