The one in Waukesha has a better layout to it but otherwise staff is helpful and nice. Prices are a bit higher than big box stores but they have a lot of items that they don't and most pets need.

The online ordering process is smooth and easy and service is always prompt and excellent. Free delivery is a huge consideration and your drivers are polite and professional.

We got a new dog and have been trying to figure out the right food for him. The Pet Supplies Plus crew in Brookfield have been incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and experienced. They are honest and seem to truly want what is best for your pets… not just trying to sell you things you don’t need. Great store and especially friendly, helpful staff!
