Male pharmacist laughed at my pain when he wouldn’t give me my med. Then proceeded to laugh more when I said I’d have to go to the ER. 0/10, customer service always sucks and the pharmacists talk to people forever.

I always need to get vaccines for work but am a big vaccine baby. I always get them done here because they do such a fantastic job. I swear somehow they make it hurt less than other places and there's usually minimal if any wait. This year I was nervous when I saw it wasn't the usual person who has given me the shot in the past. Luckily it went just as smoothly for both covid and flu vaccines. So whoever is training these folks, great job!

I got antibiotics from this place and it was ready when I got there. The pharmacist was very friendly too. I was so impressed that I asked my doctors to send any new medication to them. I didn’t have to wait like 30 minutes to an hour for my medication. It’s a great pharmacy. I had enough with Walgreens

Stephanie, the pharmacist, is the BEST! Always willing to go the extra mile with knowledge, experience, and just a joy to deal with! Helped me with multiple issues while still keeping a sense of humor and professionalism!Also, have had great experiences with all the techs, especially Fung (sp.?).

The pharmacist doesn't understand that some medications are controlled medications due to certain medical complications, meaning the individual needs it in order to survive. It would have also been nice if she decided to do her job instead of argue, even after the solution was found, and then hang up on the client. I hope she realizes that all calls are recorded. She is someone who probably should not work in the medical field if she doesn't want to do her job as a Pharmacist.

F BIG FAT FAIL! Lisa in customer service is vile! She is the rudest person - I spoke to her in the phone RUDE. Called about returning your Private IceCream which wasn't up to my expectation. She hung up on me when I said ok I will be there in 10 min. No Thank You, no problem see you soon, click hang up. Came in and wow!! Crazy crazy tude!! gave me a bunch of flack, why are you returning? "It isnt ice cream, its chemicals and corn syrup" She said !"you ate some?" "Yes, thats how I know we dont like it, my son had a scoop, is that a problem?" No response "Put in your EBT card" she said ! I snapped, and looked up and said "How dare you spread my personal financial biz by saying what card I used, you should know better!" People who use the card KNOW what card they used - say "The Card!!" She said "i can say what I want!" " Cee You Next Tues you nasty women, you were nasty on the phone and your nasty in person too! Trash store - trashy service - gross

I set up an appointment for a covid 19 vaccine. When I arrived and I showed her my last vaccine card and my sister's. We didn't have all the other vaccines. She immediately said you haven't finished all the doses you can't get the booster Pfizer. I said that is not accurate you can get the vaccine. She argued with me that you couldn't. Pharmacist didn't know that I am a nurse and I have volunteered to give covid vaccines in the community and in Madison and Wisconsin Dells. Everybody was welcome, no ID, no insurance, we just asked which one is this. Or give us a old card or we can give you a new one. I drove to Milwaukee Health Department Menomonee River Valley wonderful staff, non judgmental, show last card only and JOB WAS DONE!! Pandemic is a health disaster that needs to be control and not to be riding up high in their credentials to show power and refuse to vaccinate people who want to be vaccinated. Pharmacist read your CDC guidelines carefully and be informed.

This Metro Market has some of the best fried chicken. However, there is NEVER any available, ALWAYS a 30+ minute wait and a slew of excuses to follow. They know it's a seller and should have a system in place during "peak hours".

This pharmacy is by far the BEST!!! BOTH of the pharmacists, Kaycee and Cher are APSOLUTELY AMAZING! They are both quick, efficient, easy to talk to, friendly people with always a smile ? Lori the the technician is WONDERFUL!!! She has helped me with so many different issues dealing with insurance, prescription medications and refills. Everything is ALWAYS ON TIME! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR HIGH QUALITY SERVICE AND A GOOD EXPERIENCE.
