I'd avoid this store if you can. It has a funky smell, almost like rotting seafood and the floors are seemingly always dirty. The customer service desk is almost always closed. If you ask a random worker who is standing around they will tell you they have no idea when it will be back open.We have reported this through their website a few times and were told we were wrong and that they had checked the cameras. So we started taking pictures of it closed each time but they don't want to see them. What is weird to me is that they claim it is related to worker shortage but as you walk through the store you will see a plethora of workers standing in groups, talking.Thankfully, every other non-pick n save grocery store around is well staffed and clean, so pick somewhere else and enjoy your shopping experience.

Showed up at 7:30am and the bakery wasn't open and they didn't have any donuts available. I was going to surprise the guys at work and couldn't and was almost late to work because the prices on the shelf were over 2 weeks out of date and they had to find a manager to override the price. It seems that many of the Pick N Save's surrounding milwaukee are severely lacking employees and smelled musty in the whole building.

Produce quality in this store is severely lacking. Need better stocking and better culling practice. Pathetic for the only grocery store in the area to have such lazy practices.

Went around 7pm. No cashiers. Self checkout requires manually typing and searching for everything you’d put in a salad not barcoded. Not intuitive user experience. Never spent so long checking out. Should save $10-20 on checkout for the pain, I’m never returning

Called for a specific item (mixed in shell nuts), came to get it, couldn’t find it, told to go back to the aisle I was already previously looking at, and just left from the lack of help. Pick n Save sucks, go to Fresh Thyme.

I am very disappointed in this location. I feel that they do not care about there older customers. I am older and handicapped. I shop regularly on Friday morning and have the help of a nephew. I need a zippy cart but in the last 6 weeks all that are in the area of the carts are broken ones, why are they in the area for the public. I have no resort to seek a new store. This makes me sad but you have lost a customer.

Always shop here as it is very convenient. Andrew was very nice and professional. He helped me out bagging my groceries and he was very kind. Thank you :)

Workers are nice (one exception is one of the customer service desk girls a few weeks back). Left entrance is the most poorly designed store entrance I’ve ever encountered. constantly have to dodge customers in the self checkout line when it’s busy.

I liked this store before. But not anymore after being rudely treated by some cashiers. There’s one specific female cashier, every time she’s there I felt I owned her debt. Never smiled, no greetings and that’s not how she treated the customers before me. And most importantly, 3 out of 5 times they charged me with wrong pricing. Yes,3 out of 5 times. Now I have to check my receipt every single time. Give your cashiers some proper training on how to do their job and greet their customers! If you really hate your job, don’t bother to come

Nasty store, smells like rotting seafood. Floors are gross. Sliding doors up front are locked with no signage and people are trying to exit and come in. Please do us a favor and hire some cashiers, there was only one open. This store represents ghetto Milwaukee, not Brookfield. I refuse to shop here again.

Great place to spend $10 on a pack of “premium angus” burgers and have them be brown inside out of the package same day you buy them. Oh and they don’t staff the checkouts had to do all self checkout.

This Pick N Save is absolutely horrible! Poor selection, expired dairy, moldy produce and the little staff they have are cranky. Must be horrible management because they only have one lane open and nobody working customer service anytime I'm there. Tried a few times to return an Oberweiss bottle and nobody there could do it. Finally talked to someone today behind the customer service desk and she said she wasn't open, but stopped carrying that milk last week anyway. So I can't return there, even though I bought it there 2 weeks ago.

This is honestly the worst Pick n Save I've ever been to, rarely do they have what I am looking for and I have to go to other stores to make up for the items that they don't have in stock--not that those items are unavailable to order as I've gotten those items when I've decided to drive to the other Pick n Save in Brookfield closer to New Berlin which is way out of the ways but at least I know I don't need to double check the expiration on dairy products and I won't deal with unhelpful/rude workers. How this Pick n Save stayed open while the one at Ruby Isle closed is beyond me.

What has been going on here lately? Expired goods, rotten produce, and two checkout lanes open on a Friday at 5:00?This is not a one time experience. Someone higher up needs to start paying attention.

I didn't expect much from this grocery store. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection and pricing. They also have a discounted isle, with great values. I always check it.
