Metro Market, established in downtown Milwaukee in 2004, introduced the urban shopping concept to the city and has since expanded with unique locations offering fresh groceries, a wide selection of center store items, and prepared foods for busy shoppers. The store is generally convenient and well-stocked, with a variety of items and friendly staff. However, customers have raised concerns about cleanliness, particularly in restrooms and under freezer bins, describing the store as sometimes dirty and poorly maintained. Despite these issues, many appreciate the store’s selection and convenience, but improvements in cleanliness and checkout efficiency are needed.
