Had issues when delivery guys delivered and damaged product when setting it up. They were not timely in getting back to you when you have issues. Product is still damaged.

If I could, I'd rate Podany's ZERO stars! My experience with Podany's was a DISASTER !!My wife & I chose a desk & purchased on Podany's show room floor. we were told they are individually made by the manufacturer in Canada and delivery would take about 3 months. They helped themselves to charging full payment, and 8 months passed and not a word about our delivery. I asked to speak to the owner, Podany's not once, but 10+ TIMES. He never answered any of my calls or responded to any of my messages.After 1 year, multiple calls and emails following up with them the desk was delivered, however it was never assembled or tested prior to delivery. The drawers would not open or close. After more calls to Podany's regarding the desk that I could not use and completely nonfunctional, their Crew was sent to try & fix it, it didn't work. After a few more months of no remedy, they removed the desk from my home & returned it a few weeks later. Again I asked several more times to speak to the owner, no luck again. So after more than a year ( 1 FULL YEAR+ ) of total frustration and lack of communication, it was delivered. Still no call from the owner and zero compensation for the inconvenience.BEWARE !!

We were very pleased with our experience. The lady in the store was quite helpful and they had what we needed in stock. The delivery was on time and care was taken with the items. They assembled things efficiently, demonstrated and answered all of our questions. As a result, we made another purchase which we were also happy with.

Podany's office furniture has really gone down hill. Disappointing, as we have purchased all of our office equipment for years now from this retailer.The customer service, and general management of the location in Milwaukee is a disaster. Upon ordering new desks for our new employees in September, the wrong desks were delivered, still waiting on them to pick up wrong desks and deliver what was ordered. Excuse after excuse of understaffing etc. Our office is in ciaos due to Podany's ciaos.Moving forward, we will source another retailer for our office furniture needs. Would not recommend Podany's - nothing but a headache.

The chairs are pretty expensive here. They're half way decent except for the trash hydraulics that fail within a year after purchase. These are the only chairs I've ever had a problem with the hydraulics.

Podany's on Capital Drive in Milwaukee has the best deals and amazing customer service! I had shopped everywhere looking for a desk before stopping in their store. Lorelei helped me find the perfect desk! They have a huge selection, great prices and friendly knowledgable sales staff!!

Ordered a bunch of furniture for our home office from a GREAT list of options and floor models... purchasing experience was great... sales person was very helpful in making sure we got the right stuff at the right price within our budget and made sure it would fit in our room correctly. Delivery and installation was timely and professional. Good place!

The customer service here needs major improvement. While looking at the furniture we wanted to purchase the manager made a comment that was inappropriate. We went ahead and order our furniture and on the delivery day we were called and told they had their vehicle brake down the day before and that they would be running approx 2 hours late then they called and said they wouldn't even have the part for the vehicle until at least 2 hours after they were due to deliver and wasn't sure if that was the right part or not so they didn't know when they would actually be able to deliver. When they finally showed up the delivery driver tried getting one of our customers who was walking into our building using a walker after suffering a stroke to go back and move their vehicle so they delivery truck could be even closer to the building. Our customer was parked in a legal parking space that wasn't even in a handicapped parking spot which she was entitled to use which would have also been more in the way of the delivery driver. The table that was delivered had 2 damaged spots on it and their delivery personal had the nerve to tell me they could just turn the table around. The delivery personal didn't even have our full order on the truck when they showed up for the delivery. They had to go back to pick up the rest of it. When they got back with the piece they had forgotten, that piece happened to be defective so once again they left to go back to pick up another piece that wasn't defective. When they got back that time to finish putting the desk together they failed to even put a set of brackets on the desk to keep it together properly. When I called and complained about everything to the manager she stated she would contact the owner about this at which time I told her I would like to speak to the owner (which still hasn't happened). When she finally contacted me with their idea of a solution it was to give us $50.00 off the table and she also set up a time for her to come out here and meet with us because she wanted to see the desk and make sure everything was taken care of. The day came that she was due to personally show up she didn't show up nor did she call to let us know that she wouldn't be coming out instead of her showing up she sent the same delivery personal from the first day. They wanted to fix the damage to the table and still didn't have the brackets to fix the desk. According to them they hadn't been told they even needed to take care of putting brackets on the desk so they had to once again leave to go back get brackets to come fix the desk. It's been almost 2 weeks since I asked to speak to the owner and I have yet to here from any member of upper management about this issue nor has the local manager attempted to contact me regarding the fact she missed her appointment. So, in short they really need to work on their communication and customer service all the way around.

Our office was moving and we needed help with extra desks and office furniture that was difficult for us to move. Lorelei came to our rescue by arranging for staff at Podany's to go to our office and take our furniture without hesitation which took an enormous burden off us. Podany's will be our 'go to' place from now on and we will highly recommend Podany's to our friends and colleagues for all their office furniture needs. Thank you Lorelei!
