Bryant has taught me how to heal my hip with yoga. My hip had accumulative injury from ballet and running. Long walks were hard and painful. Bryant’s extensive knowledge of the human body applied to yoga practice is impressive! He has taught me so much, mainly that proper alignment is necessary for healing. After taking private classes focused on my hips, my pain left, flexibility increased, and I can take long walks once again without pain. I practice Santosh yoga every day even when I am on vacation. I recommend Santosh yoga with Bryant to keep yourself young and happy!

Bryant is a great yoga teacher with a deep knowledge of yoga, physiology and lots of experience helping students with running injuries, back injuries etc. I joined the beginners classes and also the personal lessons. I have seen a big improvement in my running related back ache. What I love about the classes is that there are a lot of props and adjustments that help even beginner students without full flexibility get the benefit of the pose. The wall support system is something unique and is very helpful in supporting students. All in all very happy with the yoga lessons and highly recommend Bryant.

I highly recommend Santosh Yoga. Bryant is an excellent and caring teacher. I have been working with Bryant for 3 years now. I originally went to see him because of a back injury. I was doing Pilates before this. I prefer yoga as I have maintained my core strength, but increased my flexibility a lot. The breathing and meditation practice have been great too. I would recommend Bryant to anyone who wants to explore and learn yoga.

Santosh Yoga is the best yoga studio I have ever been. Bryant’s depth of knowledge, his motivating teaching style and his enthusiasm for yoga is unmatched. Since I started learning from him, my understanding of yoga got better, I am more flexible, stronger and calmer. I am doing hand stands for the first time in my life at 52 years old. As I found such a good teacher, I joined Yoga Teacher Training to improve my practice, to teach family and friends. I strongly recommend “Santosh Yoga” to anybody who wants to do yoga the right way and improve their health and longevity.

I’ve been working with Bryant for three years, and he’s really helped me improve my fitness and outlook. He’s extremely knowledgeable of anatomy, and his decades of training in yoga and martial arts really help direct training on what is most effective for me. He’s very attentive to what I’m experiencing and gets me to focus on what my body needs to elevate physical performance. I never used to think much of yoga as a practice until I was introduced to Santosh Yoga. Not only is Bryant very experienced in yoga and the human body, but the energy with which he teaches can be felt well after class. I've seen tremendous physical and emotional benefits from this practice and can do advanced poses that I never thought I could have. I would encourage anyone to join this supportive community.

I have tried many Yoga classes but none ever REALLY joined the four bodies… a real union which is what yoga means. I began about eight years ago and all I can say is I LOVE the classes, I am engaged in a daily practice i do not want to miss, and nobody teaches like Bryant. He understands body mechanics, anatomy and physiology and most important the spirit….in spir ation….spirit in action which is what I had always been searching for with all the different yoga classes I attend once or twice but never returned!He is my PERSONAL BEST!

Bryant is great. Been going to him for a few months now. His training has helped me and I will continue to work with him. I had no interest in yoga until a friend introduced me to Bryant. Now I'd recommend giving it a try to anyone with an interest. And Bryant is the person I'd suggest you go to.

We have participated in Bryant’s yoga classes and a parallel home practice for more than 15 years, and this has made a significant difference in our lives. Our perception of what is normal for our bodies and minds in the different seasons of life shifted as he challenged us to embrace deep stretching, inversions, and other asanas that never had been part of our daily lifestyles. I am happy to write this review for Santosh Yoga.My partner and I have been in the medical field, as she is a nurse and I am a physician.We are now in our 60's.About a year and a half ago, she convinced me to relinquish my skepticism, and join her in yoga classes.I was coming from a physical activity background that included weight training, walking, biking, and tennis.I wasn't sure what yoga would do for me.It was 13 years ago that I had cardiac bypass surgery, and I had been diligently keeping myself in what I felt was reasonable shape.Since starting yoga, a number of very positive things have happened, both expected and unexpected.For example, putting on socks and shoes, which could be occasionally challenging, is no longer so.I am more flexible.Back stiffness after sitting for extended periods at my work desk, or driving the car, isnow reduced.I stand straighter.Hip pain, which could occur during long walks, is decreased.Aside from the physical benefits, which can be described clearly and easily, there also have been psychological benefits.These benefits are less easily articulated. However my patience level is better.My ability to block out distractions is better.The credit goes to Bryant.Being a physician. I appreciate how he integrates his knowledge of human anatomy, kinesiology, and physiology, with the teachingof the yoga movements.He even uses a human skeleton model in his classes, to illustrate certain points.Finally, he does all of this with a sense of caring and healthy doses of humor.

This is the most awesome Yoga practice I've ever experienced. I've practiced in NYC, LA and all over... we are very fortunate to have this level of quality "Alignment" for the people in the Milwaukee area.

Bryant is a brilliant healer. I have done five sessions with him and my hip is more flexible than I expected it to ever be without getting hip replacement surgery. Doctors have told me that I need to to have my hip replaced but after meeting Bryant I truly do not believe that to be the truth.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Bryant and yoga at Santosh. I practiced there for 5 years before moving to AZ and continue to wish that I could still be in his presence learning weekly. I have now lived in AZ for 6 years, and I continue to get the emails from Santosh which sparked me to write this review. I have yet to find a studio or instructor out here that is at the same level as Santosh. Yoga at Santosh is always a beautiful experience, a practice with intention, and the right way to take care of your body and health. Bryant and the instructors put the students first and make sure that they are doing things correctly to avoid injuries. Santosh offers workshops and retreats which I cannot urge you enough to experience, too. Simply put, I love this place!!!
