We have placed orders with them previously and received it in about a week. The order we have with them currently has been a complete headache. From the lack to no communication to inaccurate lead times. I sent them all of the approved artwork on 5/20. The first proof I received from them was wrong. They did not have the correct quantities on most of the signs. The second proof they sent was incorrect again. All they had to do was follow the proofs we provided. After about a week of back and forth, I finally received the correct proof and could go into production. It is now 6/11 and the order hasn't even shipped yet. The point of contact went on vacation but I was not made aware and waited another week for some type of communication on the delay in receiving the order. After sourcing a vendor, they informed me that the standard turnaround time is 3 weeks. Schwaab did not inform me of this at all. After speaking with other FASTSIGNS they have also said only use them if you want to lose a customer or make them angry. When we finally received our order, we were missing signs. Now we are still waiting to complete this project that we started over a month ago. After this order is complete we will not be ordering again.

My go-to place for stamps either personal or business. The staff was professional and patient with me as I decided what I wanted on my stamps. Delivery is normally not too long and the price is not overboard plus they're good for a lifetime. I have one that was made many years ago and some that are more recent. Reliable company.

This business is in fact rubberstamps.com. They made a custom rubber stamp for me and did it wrong. The letters were reversed. They agreed to fix it but again did it wrong and then, again. Just couldn't make it right

Bad customer service over the phone. Called them 5 times to order some stamps i needed everytime i call they transfer me to another person and that person never picked up her phone and there is nobody who can help me with that

We had an outstanding bill that never made it to us. They turned it in to collections with no calls, didn't inform our Schwab salesmen, or email us, or fax us the bill. We had ZERO problem paying the bill if we had received it, but we never did. their very rude manager blamed us and told us we were at fault. We paid the bill and will never deal with this awful company again. Go to ebay and buy the same stamps for 1/10 of the price!
