I love going into scrubs and beyond. All of the associates are always willing to help and are very friendly. The assistant store manager, I believe his name is Paul, is absolutely amazing.

Christian was so incredibly helpful. First time scrub buyer so I had no idea what to look for and he made the experience so easy and helped me find everything I needed and had excellent customer service skills and just made the whole experience so positive!

Drove 30min to this location just to have lights out, doors locked, and no staff around. Even tried calling with no one picking up. This is usually my go to location when I need uniforms, seems like I will have to find a new location.

Drove 20 minutes to get here and they aren't open. No signs stating the are closed. Lights are all off. No one in sight. Hours of operation listed as opening at 10 am and there is no one to be found at 10:15 am on a Saturday. Looks like a nice store but had to go elsewhere for scrubs. Might be worth calling before making the trip, to make sure someone will be there.

Horrible customer service and they put your po on the outside of the package so everyone can see what you ordered and sizes and everything. I will never order from here again.

I had returned 2 of 3 items I purchased, and never got the return money deposited back. I called them and they said I would need to come in. Mind you this store is 20 minutes from me and hours don’t work with my schedule. I finally found a day that worked and went in. The lady was talking on her cell phone and acted like I was an inconvenience to her. She told me she could help me I would need to call corporate, not even attempting to help and continued talking on her phone.

Purchased scrub pants and returned 2 days later... my refund was never received and I lost the little receipt I was given when I returned them. Called and spoke to the same guy that did the return and got a run around and of course a manager wasn't available. I disputed the charge with my card holder and scrubs and beyond want dates, times, names etc... like I or anyone else writes all this in a journal. They got the pants that were never even taken out of the bag after purchase and they never refunded my money... crooks! Disgusting place to do business.

If the store isn’t ghetto they sure act like it. Was told after using the very visible open clearly marked bathroom that I needed to ask though there are signs saying so. Same employee was FaceTiming someone in her phone wandering around or sitting in the back on her phone. Employee even heard our group talking about it before we even went in.

Everyone here was so helpful and friendly! I really appreciated them assisting me with finding the right color scrubs for clinicals. I would highly recommend visiting them!

The lady was on her phone the whole time her name was catiana and I had to ask many times for her to check me out when she would say she would in a minute.

Drive an hour just to find a sign saying that they changed their hours. IF YOU CHANGED YOUR HOURS, AT LEAST UPDATE IT ONLINE.
