This Brookfield T-Mobile location has been excellent. They have become our go-to location even though we are in Waukesha. The staff is great. Everyone we have worked with is friendly and knowledgeable. And we rarely have to wait to be assisted. They have never been pushy trying to up-sale us and have always been patient with our questions. Would definitely recommend going here!

We had a very poor experience where the sales rep provided us with offers to upgrade a phone and add a line that was worse than what we received online. When we asked her to clarify her numbers because her basic math was wrong she became irritated and didn't admit she made a mistake. When we said we would be going elsewhere she said fine, but you'll have to come back here so I can fix it because they will screw it up. She was very rude and condescending towards us. We went to a different T-Mobile store and they were very patient and provided better pricing than both this store and on line. The second store made mistakes through the process, but owned them, was kind, and worked appropriately to resolve them.

My mother is part of our plan.She lives in Brookfield and used this store in hopes of getting some help with some things she couldn't figure out herself. She was told they don't give lessons there on basic phones. They're not the geek squad.

We prefer this location to the others that are closer to home. We get assistance right away. Although it takes time, we leave with issues resolved or business finished. 4/5 stars because there was unfortunately some misinformation about the ACP program for their Internet. It’s not as simple as they said. We went through a bit of frustration and stress with leaving our old provider, switching to T-Mobile and back to the old provider simply due to being told incorrect information about their services. When it comes to the phones and our plan, there are no issues. Everything is smooth.

Worked with Sam and Marcelous yesterday at T-Mobile Brookfield. Both were extremely helpful and patient as we worked through my phone change options. Came in with an iPhone XR and 7 Plus. Left with a new 14 and a new 14 Plus. Great trade-in programs and great senior citizen service pricing. Sam transferred all data from the old to the new phones and made sure everything was working as it should. My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with our new phones and their speed. Thank you Sam and Marcelous!

I went in to this location on a whim and brought in a list of items I wanted to walk through with the mobile expert. We spent about 2 hours together walking through everything and Sam Sedano was super helpful. Both her and the store manager went above and beyond to help me out.

Stopped at the T Mobile store. Checked out the trade in offer for my Iphone8. The staff that helped us were pleasant. However the offer that was listed did not specifically talk about our current plan and the likely savings. Unfortunately after discussing with the sales person, the cost of the upgrade was as much as a new Iphone14, without the trade in. Given that lack of savings, decided to go that Apple Store directly.

Moved 2 lines to T-mobile. Sam was a really great Rep. Saved me over $30.00 a month on my 2 lines and 5G gateway. Plus 2 lines are now unlimited Talk, Text and Data, so I not only saved money I added features. The store is super clean and nice. Very impressed with Sam's knowledge and patience. Overall a most rewarding experience for me. I highly recommend this business location.

Find another store to help you. We have 10 lines with Tmobile and after having a slow response on enabling features on the online support, I went over to have the store help me (the online rep suggested I go to a store to get this done quickly). The first evening the asst mgr tried to help. After an hour of being transferred around (like i was), the department he needed was closed for the day. He asked me to return the following day to finish.When I returned the 2nd time it was 2 pm, there were 4 associates in the store. There were no customers other than me. The associates were not doing anything of particular note. , another person (the asst mgr wasn't there) tried to help as well. However, after an hour he was transferred to a number that was "busy", so he would have to start again. He said he didn't want to do this and I should leave. I then spoke to the store Manager Mike S. The manager explained to me that they were very short staffed and were only supposed to work on new customer sales. The online staff has a lot more resources and they would not be able to help me. I requested that that I am a paying customer with 10 lines and that this required some help and as evident from the amount of time spent unsuccessfully trying to add the feature enabled.I can't get Tmobile service to fix my problem. The team at the store refused and asked me contact online support and that they would not help solve my problem. I am very disappointed with the service and going to post this on social media as an example of not being able to fullfil the service we pay for.

Very prompt and helpful service in the store. The manager Mike has great customer service and overall I’m very happy with my switch from AT&T to T-Mobile.

Sometimes the people that work there don't know nothing about what they're doing on the phones mostly the African Americans sometimes they're dumbfounded or they don't want to help you or they don't know I think the service can improve a lot I only go to the places that I have a lot of smartness that knows what they're doing and those are in the better neighborhoods. If you are giving young people just jobs make sure they know what the heck they're doing. And not to be Dumpty dump dumping the dump I don't know.

I had an incredible experience here today. I went to this store after a mix up that was my fault at a different store. Brookfield had the phone I was looking for. Mike and Natalie were so patient and helpful and sweet I’m forever grateful. They got my issue resolved with white glove service. Total rockstars. Lainey was so sweet too! I appreciate all the time and effort you put for me. Just incredible white glove service. If you’re looking for a cell phone provider, trust me: there’s no other one to consider except for T-Mobile. I’m a customer for life. YOU GUYS ROCK!!
