I love the products, but I returned a pair of boots in store that I purchased online. The customer service was not strong in explaining what would happen. I returned something 1/5/24 and it's now the 16th and I'm still waiting for my refund. I continue to email the customer service email and they have forwarded to the returns department, but still no response and no refund. Frustrated customer......

I've been a loyal customer for many years. I love the variety of shoes and they have some awesome, unique styles. I recently brought something to the attention of management, and the response far surpassed my expectations. They pride themselves on providing great customer service and they back it up!

My boots are not working out because I returned them 10 days ago. I am STILL waiting on my credit. Funny how you can take the money out ASAP but takes 10 to 14 days (per Jane) for a refund. I never wore the boots, I put them on and the ridge immediately was sore on my shin (I have very sensitive shins). I returned them in the same boxes that they came in and the tags were still on them. I am not sure "why" it is taking so long for a refund. ***Update they refunded me "partially" for what reason? I called my bank and they will take care of it. Also, my partial refund is still pending. I paid $136.06 and they are trying to refund me $116.00 This company is "not right."

Stan's is a top of the line shoe store. Their shoes are made to fit, their sales people care and they have a wonderful selection. I bought the most beautiful shoes and love them!

I abhor the customer service here. They always make me feel like I’m the nuisance as a customer. Unfortunately they do have great shoes. Wish it was more self service!

This was the worst shoe store, salesman ever. Tony the racists biker looking guy smelled horrible and had a horrible behavior. He continued to cough in my face without turning his head away from me. The entire store smelled like feet. He stated to me that I was not use to wearing good shoes and I should go next door to buy shoes. Thank you Tony I found a better salesman and shoes next door.

Stopped in at Stan's, just to browse. Left with two pairs of shoes and free socks. Excellent selection of shoes and boots. The young man who assisted me was very helpful. Looking forward to my next visit.

Great place to get shoes that don't kill your feet and don't look too crazy. And, they sell OCs. Had a good visit and found what I wanted. I felt a little rushed- not by the first sales person who I engaged with, but the other woman who kind of insisted that she get the boots in back before I was done looking. It was weird.

Ordered a pair of shoes on line. Got lots of flowery emails that the shoes were being packed, they were on their way, etc. Got the shoes and not only did they send the WRONG PAIR, they sent the WRONG SIZE too. I had to take 20 minutes and call them, to which the female JANE said the shoes I wanted were at the "other store" and she'd send them out. She sent me a return label, but wouldn't arrange a pickup, so I had to take the shoes to the nearest UPS drop off, taking another 20 minutes out of my day. Today, five days later, I get an email from JANE saying they don't have the shoes I ordered and that she would be refunding me my money. I still don't see the refund credited to my account. What a runaround and a complete waste of time. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND THEM. All I got was the standard pat apology.
