Sat for an hour, they had clients in the seats and we waited until the stylist was able to acknowledge us. Then stated they couldn't fit us in. It would have been nice to know ahead of time, maybe next time acknowledge the people that walk in the door, other places have no problems doing this.

I love getting my hair cut here but the past few times the stylist would comb my hair and gets there comb hooked on my earrings and pulls hard and it causes a lot of pain. In addition to not listening and cutting the front of my hair a bit to short. Overall depends on the stylist you get.

Got in the same day within an hour of requesting an appointment. Very friendly staff and my daughter loved her cut. She always worries since she has naturally curly hair but Angie did a great job!

Location: Brookfield WI on Bluemound Road.
First time at this location for an overdue trim. Showed photos of how my hair looked in the past that I liked, and the stylist appeared to understand. However, I noticed too late - she had me take my glasses off, and I can barely see without them - that she was cutting it TOO short. My hair is naturally curly, and to check the length, she pulled it straight, so once it dried, it was shorter than I wanted it.
To her credit, she saw after that I wasn't happy with it, and took a little off the price without my even asking.
I do not think I will return to this location.
