I always have a great experience at the Tri City National Bank 12746 W. Capital Dr. When Barbara is standing to assist. I had came into the bank one day to make a withdrawal from the bank. It was a 5,000.00 with drawal Barbara immediately ask me if some one had ask me to take money out that would be fraud for money gain. I thank her for looking out in protect me as a valued customer. She always have smile on her face treat everyone as valued customer. I believed that she should be recognized a very valuable employee for her outstanding service on the job. In this day and time people are look for a person like Barbara that is committed to do here best. Thanks again Barbara keep smiling.

This bank has been taking additional money out my bank account for random reason they charged me 200 for a 1 overdraft fee plus 35 dollar random fee they do this Everytime I have money sent they need to be investigated for Fraud I have 3 kids and they Refuse to look at my sceenshots and bank statements that is reducing money randomly out my account that I never Use Also spoke to owner Kristen branch boss where I open the account They All ReFuse to Help Very Money HungryI cant wait to close this Account

I had been a client at Tri City for almost 15 years, until recently I fell victim to ACH fraud through an indeed job posting which was a cover up for a money laundering scheme. When I brought to their attention that the many thousands of dollars that had been direct deposited into my account may be part of a money laundering scheme, they made me feel bad and made me close my account because "they don't like that type of activity." I was a victim of some scheme and they made me feel bad and close my account. The people at chase bank did not make me feel bad about what happened to me when I explained to them what happened. US Bank is my new bank and when I need to make a deposit I can just give them my card and I think that's really amazing. Two stars instead of one because of free checking.

So Cindy Greenlee..shes amazing. She helps with my banking, answers any questions I m not sure of ..all ways available when I need .very polite .private and confidential..respects all my feelings,able to answer and help with any banking issues. To me Cindy .s 100/% the best at what she does.

This is the best bank ever! Everyone at the Tri City branch at 128th and Capitol in Brookfield is like family. Been banking here for many years and have always enjoyed the warm, friendly and helpful staff. Always efficient, professional and caring - if you're looking for a bank that will treat you well, this is the one. Awesome!

i really have to give a shoutout to Tri City Bank for helping through what was a very traumatic experience, that of having our email hacked. As you can imagine this entailed so much manpower and oversight to make sure all the banking information was secure and Tri City Bank specifically Cindy Greenlees and Natasha were superhero's with helping me through it and made a horrible situation manageable. I appreciate their level of commitment to their customers. Nice going !!

Horrible experience. “Cindy” customer service is horrible. She became frustrated when she couldn't figure out what I needed. They’re there to help us not let us see how annoyed they are by us. She wouldn’t let me explain my situation it was an instant oh no we can’t do that. Before asking anyone else for help. Finally Benjamin stepped in and at least tried to help solve it. I appreciate Benjamin’s help. But Cindy needs to work on customer service. It’s disgusting.
