“I've purchased two sleeper tractors from Lakeside International and they're great. Lakeside Dave AKA "David Clausen" was the sales representative for both trucks and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I bought my first truck there in 2021 and I'm still running it. I needed a second one and I contacted David and in less than a month I added another truck to my small fleet. I live in Massachusetts and I flew to Wisconsin to pick the truck up. The truck was inspected by their shop and gone through before my arrival. After I left, I had some minor issues with the truck but David answered my call in a reasonable time. David and his financial manager "Roger Meeker" jumped right in to it to remedy the problem. I definitely recommend this place and the people there. I'll be seen them for another truck in the future.”

I’m already knowing how stressful their job could be but they didn’t let that show and I’m grateful! Thank you! Checking out and checking in the truck was easy and it didn’t cost an arm or a leg. They also had coffee in the lobby, which I don’t usually drink but BABY I had me a cup that day after a long night/day before moving.”

“I have rented numerous trucks and trailers over the past couple of years and have always had a great experience with the staff at U-Haul on Les Paul. They have always been friendly and professional. Over the past six months I have had the occasion to not only return rentals but we have also rented storage units. Again, our experience with staff has always been very positive.
The storage facility is always clean. When we were checking out storage facilities we found that this location was by far the cleanest and most modern of the local U-Haul facilities we visited.
I recently received an automated U-Haul email that indicated there was a problem. It was 5 minutes before closing when I called and spoke with Topher. He said that Jacob, the GM was doing inventory but he would check to see if Jacob was able to come to the phone. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed that Jacob stopped what he was doing and came to the phone and asked me how he could help. I told him what the email said. He immediately went into the computer and assured me that the email was not correct and that he would look into why I had received the erroneous email. I was very impressed that Jacob took my call that close to closing and then did research so that I didn’t have to wait/worry overnight. That was above & beyond in my book.
