Products are expensive for the most part. Sometimes there are some cheaper reasonably priced items such as Essence brand I believe it is. Just used over 700 points...YIKES

I’ve shopped here a few times and the staff have been friendly and nice on all occasions. I like their selection of skin care products, men’s grooming products and fragrances. I like how they carry high end brands, so I don’t have to go out of my way to buy them, and I also get points for my purchases

I scheduled a brow appointment on Monday for Friday. I made this appointment online. I thought the appointment was for 2:30. However, when I arrived and went back for my appointment at 2:25, I was told I would need to reschedule. She had a lamination and had to leave right after. I was shocked! So unprofessional. The last appointment, I was called the same day and was told she called in sick. The time before that I waited for her almost 15 mins. She said she was sorry and I was totally fine with it. I did speak to the manager and she was sweet. She felt bad how I was treated and did apologize. I will never book another brow appointment here again.

Just like other reviewers stated. Don’t shop here if you’re black. I’ve never in my life been blatantly followed around a store like I was today. The employees don’t even try to hide it. If you wanted me out your store so bad maybe you should have assisted me instead of racially profiling me. I constantly heard employees ask everyone else if they needed help but continued to ignore me even after I made eye contact with most of them. My experience today was humiliating. You people are truly disgusting.Update 3 years later, have you ever been so traumatized by an experience that it bothers you to this day? I have from this store. Crazy to see this store in the news for retail theft, not even committed by the demographic they love to harass. I hope they slip up one day and a lawsuit is filed for profiling, there’s more than enough evidence.

I came in for a hair appointment and the hairstylist was running behind because of unforseen circumstances and my appointment ended up being 45-60 minutes late. They were kind and notified me over phone but I missed the phone call and voice-mail. They offered me a chance to reschedule but I didn't want to. The manager was so kind and offered a discount on my service because of the unexpected long wait. It made my day! Also, everyone was so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Everyone who passed me while I was waiting asked me if I had been helped or needed anything. Extremely grateful for the customer service. I live 35 minutes from this store but will now always come to this store for any needs I have! Thank you kindly Ulta associates who were so helpful and kind to me.

This is the second time I went in to do an even exchange and they tried to charge me extra. Took 10 min for them to understand what an “even exchange” was! Come prepared with your receipt, because they are completely clueless. Also it was the same manager both times.

I came in for a blowout and flat ironing today. I normally don’t like to complain and understand people have off days but…. What I received today was the worse finish I’ve ever gotten with this service. I usually go to Dry Bar MKE when I want a blowout. I decided to try the Brookfield Ulta because it was closer and a bit less costly. Usually my hair turns out smooth, soft, and shiny. Not today. My hair feels ruff and looks fuzzy. I could feel my hair snapping as she pulled through it. When I got home I flat ironed it again and it looks better but I shouldn’t have had to do that after paying $42. I’m giving 3 stars strictly because the stylist was a very nice person. I just wouldn’t return again. I’ll stick with Drybar.

The staff at this location are super sweet and helpful. They recently moved stuff around, so I got a little turned around, but the ladies helped me navigate. They were well-stocked and the store was really clean.
