I came about 10 minutes before close to drop off dozens of packages which required a receipt. The staff was very accommodating and were willing to help me out even though I came so late with so many packages. The employees were Saif and another female employee

I don't want to tell anyone how to run their business, but as someone who's been a loyal UPS customer for 21 years, I was surprised to be quoted $1.50 for just 12 inches of tape. I've never had to pay for something like that at USPS or FedEx, so I'll be considering them in the future.

I come in here all the time to do my returns. Today when I came in, I had a label already printed. I just needed it to be taped on with packaging tape. Omar at the desk wouldn’t give me a piece of tape without charging me. A SINGLE PIECE OF TAPE. So I walked out. That’s ridiculous. I won’t be giving my business to a place that can’t spare a single piece of tape when I am in there 3x/week giving them business. They’re rude and don’t appreciate your business. Go to another location!!

Edit: We had an issue with a notarization error here that almost cost us a decent amount of money, but Kailie was quick to reach out and help us correct the situation at no cost - we are very grateful for how everything turned out!

Yesterday I tried to return an item to Amazon at this location. Was told I’d be charged for the box & the label. Today go back with a box & the label only to be told that I’ll be charged $1.00 for tape. $1.00 to put a piece of effin tape on a box. Let’s not fail to mention the woman with the covering on her head who stood there just staring at me not offering help while the other woman was finishing with another customer. Lazy employee. I’d pick the west allis location over going here again… and that’s saying a lot.

Best ups store i’ve ever been too, super friendly and patient and clearly knew what they were doing. Omar was extremely helpful and patient and I’d definitely recommend this place. I also don’t understand what all the rude reviews are about? It’s quite confusing because i had a great experience with this store.
