bad service. really bad. Last night, I deposit over 900 dollars less than 1000 dollars at ATM around 8 o'clock. I mistake my old credit card as a debit card and try to get through the process. Everything goes well till I try to print the receipt. The screen shows invalid card, and the money is eaten by the machine (hope no-one take them). I wait until tomorrow morning to the drive through. here is the bad attitude. they are kind of getting tired of my problems. there is a woman called rachel (I guess it is her name ) said if you deposit on credit card you need to call the number on your credit card bank, and she keep telling me you can not deposit cash on your credit card, but my problem is the money is eaten by the machine . I am sorry about making a mistake but I am here to need your help. What is even funnier, I called the number on the back of the card number , they keep transferring and asking my informations. Some one told me if drive through is open just to check with them.I have to call the police. This rachel gave me a phone number through the police. It turns out only answer machine.I am so frustrating and confusing, Is the people work in the bank customer service? I try to call the number from the card number again. This time is someone else, she really helps me with file claim. After so many people, I finally talk to someone can help me with it .For this bank customers service , i wish i could give them negative stars, not help customers ,make customers feel bad instead.

I couldn't be helped because they kept saying "The manager is busy". Guess what? I'm busy too. This is the worst branch, by far.

Deposited my check yesterday. Today my account was negative. Turns out the teller "forgot" to send paperwork down to main department to get checked in. Now my money should be in my account sometime today. It should already be in my account. I shouldn't have to wait for your mistakes. I've had an account here for several years and it's pretty sad that I'd rather rely on depositing my check via atm because it never gets it wrong. The one time we took the check inside this happens. I'll continue to use the ATM thanks.

Terrible service ... the armored truck blocks the ATM on a Friday at 4pm for over 20 minutes... no response on open lanes in drive through... 3 open lanes 1 inattentive person working... if this was my main branch I'd close my account yesterday, save time and hassle bank literally any other bank or location.. absolutely rediculous and inconsiderate
