I really am curious to know what is the “proper procedure” (as she rudely claims) to fill a simple prescription that takes HOURS!! Some of the pharmacy staff are extremely rude and inconsiderate. I will look elsewhere that are professional and kind to their customers.

Out of stock on prescription. Can't get a hold of anyone at pharmacy to discuss. You just stay on hold forever.

Pharmacy is the worst i have dealt with. Go to ruby isle instead. Store is fine, but waiting 4 days on a script fill and constantly being told it will just be one more half day is not acceptable. I asked multiple times if i should fill elsewhere and they said no only to keep missing their revised timeline.

Wonderful pharmacy but store is quite the opposite. Dirty, disorganized with "couldn't care less" employees.

The pharmacist and tech were aloof and rude. The tech Jackie rolled rolled her eyes when I asked a question. The claimed to be too busy to address my question however there was no one in line inside or waiting outside.

Prescription medications are out of stock often at this location. I have had to go without meds several times over a weekend. The pharmacy staff is hit or miss. Some are helpful, others are dismissive and rude. The pharmacist is gruff and short. I tried to buy one pack of gum with my prescriptions and was told I needed to take purchases to the main register because they were too busy to ring up items when I was the only person in line.I have had long waits when calling. Somwtimes someone picks up the phone and puts it on hokd without saying anything over and over. It finally rings, then someone picks up, doesn't say anything, puts you back on hold. Again and again.Very unprofessional, I wish we had more local pharmacy options.

WORST PHARMACY! they said my prescription was going to take about 15 minutes and I was going to get a call when ready. No call or text, stop there to find the pharmacy was closed. Prescription was dropped before 7pm on 12/16/22.

Hi Linda (at the cash register) just wanted you to let you know that it's okay to be "kind" to people that look like me. I greeted you good morning ( loud enough and looking in your eyes so you definitely heard me) and you made sure you didn't respond. Your whole demeanor came off as if you were forcing yourself to service someone you really would rather not. It's okay, I wasn't gonna rob the place or be loud and ghetto I'm a really great human being by the way. I hope you can work on your customer service skills. We're not all bad people as you may have seen on TV. I really don't visit this location often but I think I will after today just so you can see my face ?

Second review I've left in last month. For some reason my previous review has disappeared. Worst customer service in pharmacy dept. of any place I've ever picked up a prescription from. If you like waiting at the drive thru for 10-15 minutes even though you're the only car, or if you like rude interactions this is the place for you.

Just came through the drive thru to pick up a prescription for my brother. Sat there for about 5 mins, never getting acknowledged. So I figured I'd hit the call button, because that's what it's for. Someone said there was no reason for me to hit the button because they could see me.Well then tell the people sitting in the DT that. No need to be rude about it. This is the second bad experience I've had here. And when I was handed my brothers prescriptions, the lady asked if I had any questions, I said no and she just walked away. No have a nice day, or good evening....Just no professional bearing at this pharmacy. Absolutely terrible.

Some of my family members got Covid and so out entire family has been testing every week for the past 3 weeks at Walgreens . Every time we test all 6 of us go at same time in same car and gave all six swabs at same time. Today 4 of us scheduled testing in this location . When we went to drive thru to give swabs we were made to join the queue 4 times to give swabs. It takes 30 seconds to take a swab. For four people it takes less than 5 mins to take swabs. However we were made to join back the queue each time and give swabs . However the last 2 swabs were taken at same time. The entire process took 1 hour.
