Impossible to talk to a human being. When you finally reach someone, after multiple calls and transfer, if you don't get hung up on, they are clueless. Never again!

I have sat on the phone trying to get ahold of someone. I have spent almost a hour in a half on hold between like 4 calls. They don't even pick up. Just keep you on hold.
