“I just went for a tire pressure adjustment after an unsuccessful attempt at Kwik Trip, where it got the air out, so now I have an actual low pressure warning sign going off on that tire. I called and spoke with Jeremy and asked if I could bring it in and he said sure. He did the adjustment as soon as I got in and when I wanted to pay, he said no need, air is free. I was surprised, and totally expected to pay, last time I paid $10 somewhere else. Definitely will go back for my repairs.”

“He did an amazing job. I got my commuter car tinted after years of having clear windows and this made such a difference. I got 20% all around with a brow in the front and It helps block the sun enough to not be reliant on the visor or sunglasses. Very professional and no air bubbles at all that I can see. The tint is definitely higher quality as well. Nothing like that cheap and flimsy Walmart tint that turns purple after a year.”

“I Had a very difficult problem to fix on my 2015 F150, an unexplained power draw in the battery which caused a dead battery in 2 days. 1 place recommended taking it to a Ford Dealer, a neighbor suggested A&R. They were more than happy to take on such a challenge, were up front about potential costs and time involved. Within 2 days they tracked the problem to a bad relay causing the drain through another electrical system. They were very friendly and professional in explaining the procedure etc., got the repair done and back on the road good as new. Will Definitely return and recommend to others.”
“I moved to the Madison area about 5 years ago. I have 1971 FX1200 Shovelhead and a 2001 Road King. I inherited the Shovel from my uncle and I bought the King new. I wanted to overhaul, modify, and customize both. Dealerships weren’t an option as Harley doesn’t feel the need to service bikes over 20 years old. Shame on Harley - but that’s another story. Anyway, I had the extreme good fortune of finding Pokerville Ironworks and meeting Will & Eric. I’m a pretty fast talker and had a lot of ideas of what I wanted to do on both bikes. I think I may have overwhelmed Will a little at our first meeting LOL. That being said, he was patient and listened to what I was looking to do. He has an obvious passion for the business and true artistic creativity. We collaborated over the course of several years as we meticulously worked through COVID supply chain shortages as well as finding the perfect parts for the Shovel. Will transformed both bikes. When I say transformed, I mean these bikes turned out bad A$$! The King runs and rides like a dream. The Shovel has been fully restored and updated while remaining true to its old school chopper roots. Its a head turning work of art and a fitting tribute to my late uncle. The greatest compliment I can give is that I don’t feel like a customer of Will's - I feel like family. Can’t recommend Will & Eric highly enough!”

“Cal and Mark are great. Not too long ago I was experiencing some serious wobbling in my car when I was braking. Instead of replacing the brake discs Mark resurfaced them and wow what a difference! Car feels like new! And they charged a fair price for the repair, saving me money if I had to have new discs repaired.
