Ascend elevator goes the extra mile. Their staff is always on time and courteous. Easy invoicing and scheduling. They really take pride in their work and will continue to problem solve without giving up. Thanks for the hard work!

My review sadly is poor, although these folks were pleasant to communicate with my results were poor.I had elevator issues so I contacted them, they assured me that they could handle my problem however after several visits they remained stumped. They did however figure the billing part out as I was charged nearly $3,000.00 For zero results.I contacted a different firm and they figured it out in 45 minutes, returned and had me up and running for less than half what I was charged.I am a businessman so it hurts to leave this review, but $3,000.00 For no results doesn't cut it.Sorry folks.Chris

These gals have been very professional and caring. They give a personal level of service that one does not get from O., T-K., or S. Those big guys want new installations, and simply cannot see maintenance of smaller units as a priority. We feel very fortunate to have found them, and we have one less thing to worry about as landlords!
