The staff was upfront with me the whole way through — no pressure, no weird upselling, just clear answers about what needed fixing and why. They kept me posted while my car was in the shop, which I appreciated since that part of the process can be stressful. Pricing was also better than a couple other quotes I'd gotten. Car came back looking good as new. Not something I was excited to deal with, but they made a bad situation a lot more manageable. Would go back if I ever needed to (though hopefully I won't).”

“Sales isn’t high pressure. Prices and trade in value seems appropriate. Listen closely when dealing with finance. There are a lot of optional packages thrown at the buyer. Not saying they don’t offer good value but ask questions about what is excluded (ie: 36 mo. Oil changes) some promises made by sales are not honored by maintenance group. Despite this issue, the maintenance group is the most professional I have ever worked with, bar none.”

This past week, I again, had Gordie Boucher service my car for an oil change. I had scheduled the appointment online; however, when I arrived, their system did not reflect the appointment. However, I had the confirmation email on my phone and Tim, in the service area, appreciated the email and he photocopied it to send onto IT....all went well for my appointment, Tim made sure my car was serviced per my appointment. “I was t-boned by a truck in July and the entire passenger side of my NEW Honda Civic Sport was a wreck, including a left rear wheel from being pushed into the median. He was very capable and careful to not cause any damage and very pleasant. Good guy! I do think the price was crazy expensive but I have nothing to compare it to so who knows?”
