“On the way to work with all of the construction going on I got a flat tire. I was so stressed, late to work, and knew I needed to pick my kiddos up from daycare by the end of the day. As I was waiting for roadside assistance I looked around at auto places, and saw all the amazing reviews for Kusch’s! From the moment I called Drew was immensely kind and helpful. As soon as I arrived I was greeted with a smile, and offered a free loaner car so I could get to work quickly. I was texted by noon an update about my car, and they even offered to do an oil change, so grateful that they checked my oil as it was very low. They had my car ready by 3pm for me to pick up. Out the door with an oil change and patching my tire, it cost about 170$ which to me was incredibly reasonable. Thank you to Drew, Vinny, the very kind front desk man, and everyone for your warm, kind, and efficient service!!!!!”
“After being told by Firestone I needed over 2,000 dollars of work done.. I was leary due to the up sell tactics and prior mistakes that Firestone already made on my vehicle. I decided to look elsewhere and remembered a friend of mine who has been coming here for years. I made an appointment to have an inspection completed. They got me in right away; have great customer service and have already proven to be a dependable and trust worthy business. After having my own visit there and reading all the five-star reviews with decades of families continuing to go here, I am sold and will have all my oil changes and car repairs done here going forward. It probably only took about 5 minutes total, and that's mainly because there weren't any cars in line when I went. But once we got to the testing itself, they were really efficient and quick.”

“I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Affordable Car Care during my visit today. Earlier this week, I brought in my Honda Accord LX for a preventative maintenance check because I was recently offered an electrician helper job that will have me traveling all over southeast Wisconsin. I needed to make sure my car was reliable.
To my surprise, they discovered my catalytic converter was missing and replaced with just a metal tube. I also needed a nearby frame section replaced because it was damaged and causing a leak.
Today, I completely forgot to drop the car off in the morning like we originally planned. I called them around 1:30 PM to explain the situation, and Tim — truly a miracle worker — still told me to bring it in. They got the catalytic converter installed and the issue resolved, and I had my car back by around 3 PM the same day.
I even offered to pay extra since it was my fault for missing the appointment, but Tim refused and said he was just happy to help. That kind of honesty and customer care is rare.
I definitely recommend Affordable Car Care. They go above and beyond.”
“Great Kudos to Larry and Roadrunner Car Wash in Menomonee Falls. My relative was on auto pay for car washes at Roadrunner and became disabled and was no longer driving. She never stopped the auto pay and was deducted 40 monthly for a car wash. When I took over paying her bills, I realized she had been paying for a car wash for over a year and had not been using this service. I contacted Roadrunner to discontinue this auto deduct and spoke with Larry about getting a refund for the previous year's charges. He was very accommodating and gave us a 2 month refund which could be done through the computer, but then explained he couldn't go further back than that, but gave us a one year free future car wash program for another car. Thank you Larry. Great customer accommodations. Highly recommend !!!! Five Stars for customer service and community business responsibility.”

“This review is for TJ at the body shop, 5-stars for himI brought my car in for body work. He is a professional and took care of the repairs.Car looked like it was new. Needed rear valance/fasica, bumper cover repaired. Also needed front fasica, grille/emblem, and hood repair/replaced for new repair. Did tell me that if I kept the hood that there would be a crease in the repaired result. Maybe I could have lived with that, I just prefer saving parts. No issue.Kind of surprised the number of dealers that don't have body shops. I would consider bringing other cars here, with him in charge.I did end up finding one of the floor mat anchors under the seat. Not sure why they were removed, but one is enough to stop the slipping.Also 1-star for that one fired service advisor attempted to force and harass me into warranty work that I did not authorize. I got into a hot arguement with him on the phone to just give my car back. Seemed to be working off of commisison the way he was.”
“Top rate friendly outstanding customer service. My words can't even convey my appreciation for this team of professionals.
We are here from central IL to play in a basketball tournament this weekend. We had a flat tire on the way to our game. They gave us an appointment in between games. They even got us in an hour earlier than our appointment! We had great conversations while I waited. They fixed the flat and throughly checked the other tires and air pressure.
This is by far one of the best experiences I have had in a bad situation.
