Swan Rd use to be my favorite branch, but now I truly dread going there even through the drive thru.. a couple of employees there has made personal statements regarding me and how much is in my account in front of customers so I'd rather not ever again go in there,the other one she acts like she knows me and treats me as if I owe her some types of friendships..This is the nearest branch by my house.. I truly would appreciate it if the staff remained professional and please stop with the humiliation.. I hate going there.. but it's right up the street from me otherwise I would travel somewhere else just to calm my anxiety and get better treatment ..

THIS IS THE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER USED. I purchased a car from Russ Darrow and unfortunately my loan is with Prime Financial. Most recently, I made a car payment and instead of taking out 1 payment, they took out 2. They acknowledged their mistake but instead of sending the money back to me through the method they took it out, they put it in a savings account at their bank not mine. I have been working for days to try to get connect my account with theirs. The website sucks and is not easily navigable. RUN, RUN fast from this bank. Just terrible. This is the second mistake they have made and my car loan is only 8 months old. I called Russ Darrow already and told them to stop getting loans through Prime. It's been over 10 days and still don't have my money back. Lisa

My Mom has been patiently waiting for the lobby to open She has a lot of business to take care and she loves the brown deer location When Will The Lobby Finally be finished with construction ? it's been months Now it's been Inconvenient to the community that's near this location

If you truly need banking professionalism, this is not the place to go to. They will pull your credit twice, then tell you that you fit within their companies guidelines. I have a 760 credit score and my wife has an 800 score. We havent missed any payments in over a decade. Our loan to debt ratios are fine. They say they "carefully" looked at my application but unfortunately won't give me a loan. Dont let their advertising fool you. If you have real banking needs, go anywhere but here. This is not a place to go to, to be treated fair and respectful. I wonder if their owners or CEOs or whatever they are called know that they lost a would be paying customer for years to come.Karl
