I love the online yoga that they are offering right now!!! The classes are energetic and fun, Debbie can challenge you, but she makes you laugh all the way! The early morning times offered make it very convenient for those of us that are early birds and like to start out the day with a full body workout, gentle yet invigorating!

I live in Georgia and have been able to participate virtually with the online option offered to stay connected! The best workouts I've ever done! Lisa is personable and genuinely cares about my health and healthy lifestyle! It doesn't get any better than that! Sessions have flexible times and really give you no excuse to get your body moving! I'm seeing tone arms, legs, and abs with increased stamina with each exercise! Results of each workout is a drenched t-shirt and a sweatty face! It feels good and it looks great! Five months in, I am a dress size and pant size down with more pounds to drop! If I can achieve results virtually, you can too! Just try it! You won't be disappointed!

Did my first class this morning and absolutely loved it. I am a beginner to yoga and modifiers/explanations were given throughout the class time. It really was a fantastic experience-looking forward to my next class already!

There are a lot of boutique fitness studios and I've been to many of them, so trust me when I say that Solful fitness really stands out. The space is roomy and sparkling clean and well-organized, the people who work there are super friendly, motivating and knowledgeable, and OMG did I ever get an amazing workout! Lisa led us through a series of stations and made sure everyone had good form. She inspired us without seeming bossy or cheesy. I love Solful. Strongly recommend this place for anyone who wants to get started with a fitness regimen, people who want to stay fit, and athletes looking to exceed their own personal best.

I love the community at Solful. Everyone encourages each other, there are all body types, ages and fitness levels, from 11 year olds to 77 year olds. Lisa is a great coach and encouger, taking you where you are and pushing you to where she knows you can go. Come join us!
