They are the worst pharmacy i ever dealt with, they are slow very unorganized and rude and you have to keep coming back to get your prescription.

I just want to start off by saying worst customer service for a store that’s already at a 2.5 star rating. I went with my family and asked a simple question and instead of getting my answer I got yelled at and denied because they were on break. Yes I understand they were off but the way things were handled was not acceptable or appropriate.

If I could leave a a zero star I would but obviously I cannot first off all worst service my family has ever encountered. If you do not know how to treat your customers do not work in a public store!! I did not know that we could not ask an employee a question when they are off the clock yes it is understandable this could have been handle differently but it wasn’t. Getting disrespected by an employee because we asked a simple question is unacceptable.

I called to speak to the pharmacy. There were a few people ahead of me, by the time it was my turn they picked up the phone you can hear commotion in the background and then they hung up the phone. I called back again. Had to wait quite a bit of time as well. By the time it was my turn again they just clicked my call. The app doesn’t update me for whatever reason anymore about when my prescription is received and when it is ready, I also do not get phone calls anymore and when my prescription is ready. My last few prescriptions I’ve had very difficult time getting because I was not being informed when it was ready. I used the automated system to check the status of my prescription and it said there was nothing ready so I assumed they hadn’t received my prescription yet. My husband went up to the store and they had it ready for me apparently. Would have been nice to know. Very frustrating! I’ll be switching pharmacies after this.

Came there one night and there was a young lady at the register with a line. She has the best customer service demeanor I have seen in a while. She helped an older lady with her order even tho it took a bit longer but helping her understand pricing and what not was so pleased to see! Kudos to Yeliah she deserves Recognition!

My gripe is not so much directed toward this location, but can their pharmacy get it together? My husband’s insurance quit Pick n Save (Kroger) pharmacy two years ago. His prescriptions were synchronized and pharmacy renewed automatically, but we had to move to Walgreens. More than a year ago Walgreens called me asking if we’d like Greg’s prescriptions synched and renewed, yes! Never happened. A couple months ago got the same call from Walgreens, again. Hasn’t happened but pharmacist saw it in system, late Feb would be his synced pickup. I got an automated call about 10 days ago saying his would be ready for pickup next week, was there anything I wanted changed. No. Today I went to up and there’s nothing there. Ugh. He’s gotten new insurance since the original also quit his provider. I’m going back to Pick n Save. Walgreens is more geographically advantageous, but terribly unreliable.

Walgreens. I'm rating you 5 for business failure. Is management excited about " Live Mice" on the shelf? One mouse was unalived right at the inside door. This is a pharmacy right? Not a pet store..Why is there debris..boxes, carts, crates, cardboard in every isle? It's dangerous, especially for those with challenges. Why is the white floors grey? There's plenty of cleaning supplies in the store...use them...along with the pest control products. The carpet is growing mold? Why is the checkout counters dirty? Why? Walgreen is to assist in healthier well being...not contributing to health problems. Did you know the employees yell passwords to one another? What about employees on FaceTime while working as people are checking out? Many of us on 60th in Brown Deer have been here over 30 years. We support good corporate citizens. Is this the image you want....Walgreens? We are good neighbors our home look nice we pick the neighborhood. Walgreens get it together....unacceptable.

slow employees,physically and mentally. Closed the pharmacy ten minutes before the lunch start time at 1:30. Pissed me off!

I went to the Photo counter and as associate was talking to a man. I walked right up to the counter and the woman saw me and kept talking to the man. After a couple of minutes I ask the woman who's working at the Photo section. She stated it was her and kept talking to the man . After a few more minutes, she then asked me what I wanted. Now, I've been in customer service for over 7yrs and whenever someone comes by me, I a least acknowledged them and stop what I'm doing or tell them I'll be with them in a moment. Very unprofessional!!!

This used to be such a great Walgreens. Now the drive thru is always broken, the pharmacy staff can be heard laughing and joking around while they only have one register open yet have a line over 7 people deep. Customer service has really gone down hill. Other Walgreens are not like this, they need to turn things around. I stay here because it's close to home but am seriously considering the extra drive.

Today I Called to verify if meds were ready, pharmacist told me no but I could come there and wait. She got a little irritated that I questioned the pharmacist department closing early afternoons or not being open at all some days. I get here still not ready had me wait 20 mins or so then the pharmacist tells me they ran out of my prescription and I’d have to pick it up at another location as she’s laughing with a co worker. She Could have told me that before I arrived. I believe she was being nasty on purpose.

This place is horribly understaffed. The 3 times I've visited the pharmacy line is always really long. Will be picking up prescriptions from somewhere else from now on.
