Jiffy Biffy did not disappoint!!!! Had some amazing bougie porta potties at our family reunion!!! The mobile flushing units are so nice it felt like you were in a 5 star hotel bathroom!!! We have rented from Jiffy Biffy for several occasions and they are top notch every single time!!! Exceptional customer service!!

Great service when we were a potential customer. Following that, there was little to no response to our requests for communication about billing and missed or late cleanings. Emails and FB messages not answered, phone calls not returned. Also, oUr unit was not cleaned on the last scheduled cleaning.

Excellent service! Very responsive. Rented a bunch of units for an event and everything went smooth. Units were very clean and nice.

I rented a portable toilet and hand washing station for our family reunion. The owner delivered and picked up as agreed upon and was very nice. The Biffy was nice and clean but if I had to do it again I would not waste my money on the hand washing station. The water was powered by a foot compression bulb which over half of the group, including myself found difficult to make function as needed.
