I never made this post. The girl here was confused but we went back another day and the manager fixed our problem. We think we frustrated her by asking her to do something she didn't know how to do. Isn't there someone they can call when this happens? We spent a lot on gas coming back again. Either way, they helped way more than any other store has so far. Great work.

This is the worst store. Every time I make a change to my account the bill gets totally screwed up. All they want to do is get you signed up and then don’t care what happens. I have spent over 20 hours between phone calls and going to the store to try and get my bill correct. At@t does voodoo billing say they will credit your bill back after you pay up front it doesn’t seem to work. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else nothing but headaches at At@t

My husband and I could not have asked for better service from Alisha (sorry is spelling is wrong). We needed to transfer our cell phone info from one phone to another newer one. Alisha made all the difference in the world and assured us it would be an easy transition. As we are older and not really comfortable trying to figure all of this out, Alisha explained everything so we would understand. We are extremely grateful for her patience and her knowledge. We love this store!!

Located in the Pick 'n Save shopping plaza (next to Jimmy Johns), this location serves most of the southern Lakes area. I went in here to cancel my Internet service from my old home to a new home. The staff was very welcoming and cordial. They arranged for a technician to come to the house within three days. I felt this was reasonable. I received three texts during the three days I waited, reminding me that a technician would be there on a time selected by myself. On Friday, I received a call that the technician was coming out on the time prescribed. The technician was very courteous and connected me within an hour and a half. They also, of course, sell phones and accessories, and you can also pay your bill right at the location. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

My family and I have been repeatedly upcharged (random, unexplainable surcharges on our bill), ripped off, and experienced re-occuring problems with AT&T for over 20 years.Their phone contracts are confusing and misleading and their in store representatives lethargic, unmotivated, and unhelpful.I witnessed multiple others in their Burlington store grappling over issues wìth them.We regularly experienced dropped calls in our home and when I got my new Samsung Galaxy S22, I could no longer make calls from my bedroom. The reception and network connection was so poor that I was unable to contact customer support or access my phone account services online before it was too late.Customer service regulary talked down to me and would not refund money that was esssntially stolen.AT&T is a lousy service non-provider.

Awful service, signed me up for the wrong plan, added some crazy insurance, any upcharge he could, didn't give me the "bring your own device" bonus or the student discount I explicitly asked for. Had to spend 45 minutes on the phone to clear it up, and I'm not convinced that it is all solved yet.Major headache.
