I wanted to get the bumper and hood painted on a matte white car I just bought due to rock chips, sun damage and scrapes. Justin and the team at Perfection were able to perfectly match the Bianco Canopus matte white finish which I thought would be a nightmare to get done. They were also very responsive, reasonably priced and kept me updated. Thank you Justin, Mattie, Laura and everyone else involved!”

“Lynnea, the owner, is very knowledgeable and has outstanding customer service skills.
I brought my Rav4 in for noise with the back door where the wheel hangs. Lynnea had one of her techs look and quickly determine the Rav4s have an issue with the door shifting due to the added weight of the tire.
I scheduled a day to have the work performed, and upon pick up, the bill was under $100!!
I had taken my car elsewhere for an estimate, and they were replacing the back door latch and other parts for almost $700. ?
I'm back to enjoying a much quieter ride!

“I got a new windshield as a surprise for my son while he was hunting. Today which is Sunday, I went to take his car for a ride and found one of the wipers wouldn’t work! Nothing is open on Sunday and rain and snow are coming so as a Hail Mary I ran to O’Rileys in Burlington! Kevin was working and I seriously thank God that he was because he came out to the car with his cart of tools and he tightened the bolt and 100% saved the day!! I have no doubt this would have cost me 100’s of dollars if I had to take it to a mechanic! You just don’t see this type of customer service anymore and all I can say is whoever Kevin’s boss is should reward him greatly for this!! Thanks Kevin and have a wonderful rest of your day!?❤️?”
“Just want to share my recent experience with my Truck battery. I went to a Auto parts store in Burlington who apparently do not install car batteries as part of their customer service so I went to Advanced Auto and explained to the girl what I needed and then asked if they could install it for me. I cannot say enough good things about how pleasant and helpful and knowledgeable Stacy was and how willing she was to install that battery. Stacy is obviously a valuable employee to Advanced Auto and a good reason why I'll keep coming back. Thanks again ?”
“4th of July, stopped at this Walmart for a few items, when I went to leave, my low tire light was on. Seeing how much pressure I lost I knew it had to be a leak. I went right around to the back, and it looked as if the auto center was closed. That didn't surprise me being that it was a holiday, but then a man looked out at us and asked what was wrong, I explained the tire leak and, despite all the techs being gone for the day, he helped me find the leak and determine that the tire needed replacement, mounted and balanced it for me right there and we made it home with the car on a new tire. I believe he was the manager of automotive, named Andrew if memory serves. Thank you for helping us in a pinch. What could've been a huge dilemma ended up being just a quick, minor set back thanks to him still being there and willing to help us.”
