He only wants to deal with the big jobs, whole house. A week after picking out tile he came out to measure. This was on an hours notice. After measuring we waited 3 weeks for an estimate. He called an hour before he wanted to come out with an estimate. We said no thank you.

They promised multiple dated to do there install without showing up. After install had multiple issues that Bill has promised to take care of for 8 months now. Shower still not useable due to missing trim. Still not resolved,we are taking legal action against them. Please be aware!
