I have been using BMO for over 10 years for checking/savings/credit card. I went to cash a check from another BMO account and was told that since I currently only have a credit card with BMO I would have to come inside, show my ID, and pay a $10 fee to cash the check FROM BMO. I have cashed checks from other BMO accounts at other locations in the drive through with no issues and no bogus fee.

Tellers are okay. Bank manager and personal representative are some of the rudest people there are. No regard for the customer. (Burlington Branch only). Lake Geneva is great and friendly. When I was talking to the branch manager on the phone, she literally just hung up on me. No arguments, nothing, just a hang up. Not any place I would recommend.

My second time here. Both times disappointed. This time got here at 4:15 PM. Was told quite rudely that 3:30 is their "cut off time for sure transfers and we suggest you come tomorrow morning". Some customer servive bmo.
