I ordered a deluxe cheese burger with bacon, we thru the drive thru. Got my burger and it the Patty was paper thin, crunchy on the edges and luke warm at best. I was so very disappointed, especially sine the lady who took my order said "ok, we will make this fresh for you". We'll if that was fresh I hate to see what not fresh is!

How does this place have 4 stars when it consistently take 30 plus minutes ever since they redid the parking lot clearly you have a lot more cars then people which is why food is always coming out cold you didn’t think to put in your heads we don’t have enough employees so let’s overwork the ones we got all you seem to care about is money instead of the quality you had before this your going to lose ever single customer u have in Burlington off what u built truly it’s a shame someone values money over people with every company these days

Extremely busy Friday evening, but service was cordial and good, as usual. Loved the 10 PC shrimp ? meal!!Vegetarian options: Can't ever go wrong with the salads.Dietary restrictions: If you have a specific need, just ask and if at all possible you will be helped.

We sat in the drive-through after paying for two concrete mixers for 45 minutes. In that time we had the wrong order come to the car twice I asked for our money back. The kid just stood there with his mouth open, and did nothing, as I instructed him to go get a manager another 10 minutes goes by. Comes out with nothing asks what is wrong. I said we have been waiting for two custard for an hour. I would like my money back goes back inside takes 15 minutes for him to come out and give me my money back. Worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere.
