Cannot get through to a human. Have to go through countless voice prompts and long wait times. Not sure why they can't have someone answer the phone since when I put in the extension I wanted it kept repeating telling me to put in the extension. After several times it just hung up on me. Not sure if I would do business here again.

Money safer in your mattress. Wife's license was stolen and these morons gave the thief her SS # and our account # so the thief went to a second branch for more!

Wish I could give less than 1 star. Worst customer service with Savannah and Adrien. Had an issue with my title which I owned and admitted and still Adrien gave nothing but attitude. Worst company to deal with. 5 times reaching out for information with no response. After calling in for 5th time was greeted with an attitude and an "I can't help you" attitude by Adrien. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I came to leave a review and guess im not surprised by what i read. Anyway went there yesterday, lady in drive thru was....rude? Clicked on the camera and stared at us, we had been patiently waiting as she was helping another car. Then she snapped and said well what do you want!. I replied to put the money in my saving. She clicked the camera off and waved her arms around mouthing things. I can see you through the big window. Then she clicked the camera back on and" your new balance is at the bottom". Clicked camera off. Its like one of those i dont say things but my face and body do.

I was indecisive to go to this branch because of the horrible recent reviews, however I’m happy to say it was all good! The visit was quick easy and pleasant! Very friendly staff and they took care of my needs and processed my auto loan payment quickly and effectively and I was on my way home within 3 mins! Thank you Landmark CU Staff!

My debit card expires today and I have not received the replacement. I called the number on the back of the card and was told they did not have enough card stock to send them out in time. You can just wait until it gets there or use another card. I guess it is time to get a new bank.

Seriously archaic processes and definitely not a service-oriented culture, as you would hope/expect in a local community credit union. LOOOOONG wait to get title after balance is paid off. Causing long delays and frustrations with potential buyers. Wouldn't go here for a loan again.

My big 3, although if rates were low again Id get my mtg the heck out of there because there are SO many more: Their online banking made it so bill pay took 10days (their bill pay paying their mtg) to post to our mortgage (no way to transfer, and a fabulous way to generate late fees. Its actually super fast now that we pulled our checking and online pay through an outside CU.) ... Their phone tree is set up so when they call you and have you call back you are dumped into a general customer service center who has no idea who called you or why ... Our escrow went up, with zero notification "heads up your escrow changed." They held our pmt for 2 weeks, just long enough to collect their $50+ late fee, then called us from their collections dept because of the "outstanding balance of fees." If I wanted to be fee'd to death and deal with an archaic infrastructure put in place to collect more fees then I'd go bank with 5th/3rd. One star is generous.

Extremely poor customer service and communication. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Drive over to Educators Credit Union were the staff is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and efficient. Landmark is a joke; I DREAD having to go back for a third time because of management's BS.

The branch it’s isn’t terrible other than how they handled being shut down over the past two years. However landmark’s customer service is terrible. It takes forever to talk to a human. Their app is absolutely terrible. They haven’t fixed the problems from their last update. They say it’s fixed, yet you can not pay bills online.

BEWARE... use only if you have no other option. This credit union is DIFFICULT to contact and deal with. We have been trying to get a 10 day payoff for our loan and they will not release it, just give us a run around. Their online service is a joke. Cant wait to never have to deal with them again!!!
