Planet Fitness offers a welcoming and clean environment where members can build strength at their own pace in a Judgement Free Zone®. The facility is well-maintained, with top-notch equipment that is always accessible and in good working condition. Staff members are friendly and helpful, creating a positive atmosphere. The gym is often not crowded, allowing members to easily use the equipment, tanning beds, red light, or hydro massage chairs whenever they want. The Black Card membership is recommended for access to massage chairs and tanning beds. However, some experiences with changing location or using the app may be less smooth. Overall, it’s a great place to work out and unwind after a busy day.
I’m new to this location and it’s one of the best planet fitnesses I’ve been to. It’s clean, the equipment is new. And the staff is the nicest. Always smiling and just overall are happy and kind to all of the customers and that goes a long way in my mind.

We really enjoy coming here. The staff are very friendly. However its way too hot in there. I was sweating just stretching before my workout. It was over 90 degrees outside and not much cooler in the building. I hope they fix this issue.

Jay was a great customer service she welcomed me a lot since am a visitor from out of state she was kind and helpful so do Jess was amazing suggesting nice areas to visit in Wisconsin I highly recommend this Planet Fitness branch it’s really great and helpful staff!!!
