About The Salvation Army Family Store & Donation Center
The Salvation Army Family Store & Donation Center is a thrift store where proceeds fund Adult Rehabilitation Centers. The store has undergone a remarkable renovation and is now immaculate and well-organized, with no clutter. Items are displayed neatly, and only goods in good condition are put out for sale, including top-notch furniture with minor wear. This provides a pleasant shopping experience where wonderful items in perfect condition can be found. However, some customers note that prices have increased drastically, approaching department store levels for used items, which may conflict with the store's purpose of helping people in need. Donations are accepted, though the donation hours can seem random, and the area is sometimes closed during posted open times. Donated goods are often shipped to a distribution center. Employees are consistently described as polite, helpful, kind, and going above and beyond to be helpful.
We really like the Salvation Army and enjoy thrifting here. My only complaints are that prices have gone up and that the floor is SUPER dirty. I’ll still be back :)

Not horrible, but kinda small town weird vibes. Interesting items.

This young man, named Frank is the kindest, sweetest, most amazing retail worker ever!! I can't emphasize this enough! We asked him a question regarding a homeless shelter & he gently asked about our saftey. This is not the first time this gentleman has gone above & beyond to be helpful& kind!
