This optical store is very helpful with all your Eyewear needs. The doctor was wonderful answering all your questions and very theral on the exam. The Opticians were very friendly, knowledgeable with insurance and fit you perfectly with the correct Eyewear thats suitable for your needs. I used to go to a private practice for exams and Eyewear, after my experience, I absolutely recommend this place.

I just had an eye exam by Dr. Elmore and was assisted by Heather with choosing glasses. I can’t say enough great things about both of them. I was also assisted by 2 people who were extremely friendly when I came in. Dr. Elmore really put me at ease during my eye exam and she was very friendly and very thorough. Heather helped me choose my glasses and what upgrades I wanted. She was amazing. So helpful and took her time explaining each feature and was able to answer all of my questions. The entire office was super clean and this was an all around great experience.I came back to add to my review. My glasses have arrived and when I picked them up, Heather truly took her time getting them adjusted just right. Dr. Elmore also came out and asked how they were. Because of both Heather and Dr. Elmore, I will be back each year for my glasses. Thank you again for such quality service and care!

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Reached out to my insurance for me so i knew what exactly i had to work with. Answered all of my questions. Kindly repeated themselves for me. And was very patient and understanding with my indecisiveness.

I had a thorough eye exam and bought a new pair of glasses for a fair price. The staff was knowledgeable and professional and they have a great selection of glasses.

The Dr was amazing and listened to all my concerns. The staff was incredibly friendly and down to earth. I definitely will be going back every year for my eye exams. Christine also helped me out incredibly picking out my new frames. She was downtown earth and super friendly.

Dr. Jamie Elmore and her staff are wonderful. Today was my first visit and everyone was kind. Dr. Jamie took time to answer all of my questions and concerns. She was fun, personable, and provided a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. I’ll be a regular patient and also recommending friends and family to her!

Shopko Optical is awesome. However, I overpaid for my glasses in May 2022. I didn't get my money back until September 2022. That's too long to wait for an overpayment.

Everything from the exam to helping picking out frames, the experience was great. I like the quality of frames. It took about 9 days for the order to come in.
