They take customer service very seriously. I've been getting my welding supplies here for a while and they are always on point with in stock and items that need to be brought in. They always greet you with a smile when you walk in. They are very knowledgeable and the invoices are correct. I highly recommend checking them out if you're in need of welding supplies.

Needed a bunch of gear really fast for class. Submitted my order and then called a day or so later to double check on it. A couple items were backordered but they offered to split the shipment and get it out to me ASAP at no extra cost to me. Called back later and they even confirmed that it went out with UPS the same day. I definitely appreciate the customer service, even though my being in a rush is 100% my fault and not theirs.

Drop my welder off yesterday spoke with Joe he told me they were a little backlog and it would maybe be a week before he got it in to look at it. Within 24 hours I get a phone call from Joe stating he took time out of his lunch to look at my machine!!! He got my machine warrantied for me and was beyond courteous and professional! there's not enough nice words about this man in the English dictionary but here's a few, kind, thor, prompt, caring, going the extra mile, professional, intuitive, knowledgeable, and the most important of all, follow through! Highly recommend welder supply company of Burlington speak with Joe their technician. Speak with any of the members of the team there they are all very knowledgeable and caring of their customer base! Thank you Joe sincerely Charles

Rude woman on the phone, got all snippy with me when she told me the tax was $200 then after copping an attitude & seeing her mistake said sorry lol this was after my order had been stagnant for over a week. Then informed me the welder I ordered was back ordered for a month and a half. They shouldn’t offer the item without a warning it isn’t in stock & the lady on the phone needs to learn some manners. Won’t be doing business here again.

i called to see if they had a weling tank and the guy on the phone was rude then when i asked if they could help my wife with unloading and loading of a tank due they said no this would be the Burlington wi location i will not recommend or shop there anymore

Ordered a welder on cyber Monday. They had best price on millermatic 255. Didn’t here anything for a couple days so I called and left message. Got a prompt call-back with everything I needed to know. I’m sure they were slammed busy. Great customer service, I should have it in a couple days.

Just returned home from yet another bad experience at this store. Previously, I had purchased a Miller TIG welder and ancilliaries, including an Optrel helmet. The helmet did not work correctly out-of-the-box, so I went back. I was accused of not knowing how to operate the helmet, and told he would return the unit for warrantee repair. a week later I was called, and picked it up. Exact same issue. This time, not only was I accused of not knowing my business, but I was accused of being a cheapskate (exact words) and unsatisfied unless I had a brand name. He then threw a Miller helmet at me and told me "You're out the door". He's right, and I will never go back.
