While our 4 year old dog was staying with the Animal Motel they had called us and said that she cut her paw. The indicated it was not serious and did not need medical attention. They also did not even know how she got the cut. When we got home we saw the the laceration went from the bottom of her paw pad all the way to the top of her paw. It was a horrific laceration. It was jagged and deep. We took her to the emergency vet and they agreed it was a significant cut, that it was not fresh and it needed to be operated on with internal stitches. Aspen had the stitches in for 12 days and had to wear a cone for 3 weeks. She wasn’t able to play jump or run. She was prescribed 4 different medications for pain, inflammation and to avoid an infection.Do not bring your animal here. The fact that they neglected to give Aspen the medical attention she needed increased the risk of infection. The fact that they don’t know how it happened clearly indicates they do not watch the animals.Lastly, they didn’t even offer to cover the medical expenses. I had to file a claim with their insurance and finally over a month later received some financial reimbursement (without any help from the Animal Motel who wouldn’t even give me their insurance information).

Friendly and trustworthy. We have boarded our bird at animal motel several times and no issues.

Boarded my cat here and when we picked our cat and brought it home.. it got sick and was throwing up. Also, there are no pictures or they don’t show you where your pet will stay. Super disappointed!!

Have dropped our rabbit off for over a week 2 times now and have no complaints or issues. They are great and to be honest the rabbit cage was more clean than when we dropped the rabbit off in it! and it was cleaned before we dropped him off.

The staff was extremely friendly. I can tell my dog enjoyed his stay, and wasn’t stressed. Will definitely be going back in the future.

Thank y'all's sooo much for taking such excellent care of my rabbits Steve and Stephanie!!! I am so happy and so relieved. I ain't gonna lie, the other reviews did have me scared. But fortunately, that has not been what I've experienced. The place is clean and neat with a cool pet supply shop. The staff here has been very kind and patient with me. I have two pet rabbits that are being boarded here right now. Like dogs, rabbits can pick up on any sketchiness. I have visited my rabbits and they are both very happy, at peace and are their adorable curious selves. My rabbits don't lie y'all's!! Yelp does leave A LOT to be desired, their "management" and support for businesses is dang near non existent. However, for the most part, they do put the ball in the consumers court. And I take advantage of this to the fullest, in a good way though!! As a consumer, I am very community minded and always try to put myself in the small business's shoes. I am not a small business owner myself, but wish I was. To anyone reading, please consider what I have to say and give this place a go!! And remember, crappy bad reviews hurt the community and consumer as well as the small business!! You could be missing out on something really great over a bunch of Karen b/s nonsense!!

This is the 2nd time we boarded our 2 dogs here. Prices seem fair and our dogs seemed to like it here. We have 2 elderly chihuahua mix dogs so we asked them to be very carful with them as they are fragile being so old and everything worked out great. It is nice to be able to go away and have professionals take care of our dogs. we will surely be back on our next vacation

Very unprofessional business. My GF took our cat there for boarding and from the time she stepped in the facility up until we took our cat back and canceled service they've been very rude and unprofessional. Since when does a business take offense when asking questions pertaining to our pet and it's comfortability. Take your business elsewhere. WOW!!

Took my dog to get groomed today. My poor dog who is super passive was all nicked up. cut hair almost bald when we had asked for a lab cut. Nicked his gums somehow while there getting his cut. Overall I will never go back.

Friendly staff. My Doberman isn't a fan of other dogs so the indoor/outdoor option is appreciated at a reasonable price

They have friendly staff that definitely paid attention to my critters and took great care of them! The online registration was very detailed, with sections addressing any needs or special instructions that pets may have. Pets can be boarded together, they have good rates, a convenient location, and good hours. I'll be using Animal Hotel again the next time I need to board my pets.

Only boarding place for our Pit Bull for the last 3 or so years. They are friendly and clean, you can schedule all kinds of daily add ons and treats including grooming services on the days they will return home! We always book him a suite with his on outdoor patio and extra cuddle time since he is not neutered and can’t mingle with the crowd. Great price and easy online booking.

They take such good care of my dog (who's a bit of a pain), he is always excited when we turn on to their street!! Appreciate having a place willing to take our more difficult fur children!

Extremely disappointed in the customer service I experienced from one of the employees at Animal Motel. After years of bringing my dog to this facility, without issue, I was told by an employee that my dog would not be allowed to come.This occurred because I asked this employee for his name, after I experienced the most rude reception I’ve experienced from any receptionist. Despite this, I remained polite and asked to speak with the owner or a manager of the facility. This employee refused to let me speak with anyone else and began to aggressively attack me, and asked that I not call the business. I later learned that his name is Tom.My attempt to contact the business was an effort to speak with someone other than Tom to hopefully mend my experience. I attribute this conduct to this person and him alone.I am saddened because I genuinely loved bringing my dog here and am afraid that this employee could have soured this experience forever. I am still hoping that the owner will contact me regarding my awful experience.Update: I recently learned the facility is under new management. This explains everything. My advice to the owner is to not to allow this Tom to drive away long standing customers of your business. His behavior was completely abhorrent and unprofessional.
