When I called this store for a price on a part, he rather talk to coworkers and customers in the background. Not one time did he ever say please hold, he actually looked the part up and sat the phone down, and engaged in laughing and talking to customers and coworkers. I never gotten the price.

Had a unique situation, and the gentleman was very helpful. Not only he had a idea to help me out he also had a few plans that would help. Forever grateful.
